Upon inspection, found tear in upper left corner of freezer door gasket. Replaced freezer door gasket, reshaped it, and also adjusted slide rail hook plate because one side was sagging lower than the other. Gasket is now sealing properly.

Let unit run for 15 minutes with gauges connected and confirmed vacuum and pressures were holding properly. Advised customer it can take up to 24 hours to cool and 48 hours to make ice.
