Upon inspection unit had a frozen drain tube, cleaned out bottom compartment, and refrigerator under crisper drawers of all the water pulled out all the ice and cleaned the drain tube. Had to fish out the drain tube down to the pan with a plastic waterline cause of clog had a copper line in my bag that I used as a heat probe to the drain hole done fixed working great

Unit had a bad wash pump motor! Replaced motor and fixed issue ! Tested unit to verify there was no leaks! Unit tested great! I also noticed a leak under the sink shown in picture coming from shut off valve ! I tightened the nut to the rubber washer and stopped leak ! I brought up the leak to customer and she is aware of it and I said to watch and if it leaks she needs to call plumber for new shut off valve!

Installed all the fuses they sent out both cycling and thermostat high limit thermostat tested unit after installation fixed problem ! Also had to fix venting behind unit ! Done

Upon inspection, both fan motors were loud install both and gaskets on the fridge style tested unit after installation. great done no noise.

Unit had a belt off and actuator was out of place ! Took unit apart and put back together and fixed issue! Unit is done working great!
