Installed new gaskets. No abnormal noise present post-repair. Customer monitoring.

Customer said issue with starting and water temperature. Found loose connection to inlet valve and waterlines installed incorrectly. Reinstalled wire harness and water lines correctly. No leaks from shit off valve or water line connections ! Tested unit working great ! Sounds great in agitation . Draining great spinning great! Drain backed up had to snake drain line from drain pump through to plumbing . Used washer cleaner to help backing up through floor drain! I got washer to drain no leaks, but advised I can only do so much in regards to a packing up through the floor if it keeps backing up that a drain cleaning company needs to come out to resolve the issue and not use unit because of water damage that can happen overtime ! No leaks drained great . Advised if leaks to call drain company done!; pckd up 1 Washer refresher (Washer cleaner)

Called Frigidaire tech line in regards to issue. I called this go around because unit sounds fine this visit. Customer had a lot of issues with unit in past visits . Sounds fine right now . I watched videos on customer phone . Sounds a little louder Ticket number 1003374789

Took unit apart cleaned out blower wheel housing ! Did not use gas valve coils ! Found back exhaust thermistor was gummed up with burnt lint! Cleaned that off and that compartment out! Tested unit verifying heat is working properly for 20 mins

Upon inspection unit had thermistor ohmed out at 19 thousand ohms ! Replaced with new thermistor and tested great! Done! ; pckd up 1 WP35001191 (Thermistor)
