GE electric dryer would not start, customer was able to get dryer going by turning drum while pressing start. Has failing blower motor, blower wheel seized to shaft of blower motor, required replacement of both. Replaced both blower wheel and blower motor, reassembled dryer, tested operations, verified working order.

Replaced bad sump and motor assembly. Runs great now.

Installed control board from last diagnosis. Once installed unit started to work properly

Replaced bad high limit thermostat. Now it runs great and doesnt give the error.

Washer was making a weird sound. Customer showed me the video. I checked the bolt underneath the agitator and found it was a little loose. Tightened that. Inspected belt and transmission. Couldnt find anything else. I had the customer fill it with sheets and did a heavy duty wash. No sounds. Runs great. Possible something had gotten into drain pump and worked its way through. Not sure. Possible that the loose bolt was causing some type of vibrating.
