I removed the user panel to access the user interface/ pcb. Removed the board and swapped the harnesses. Plugged the range in ave tested the function, range is good to go.

I removed the user instance to saves the main power control board. Removed the board and installed the replacement sent by square trade. The water solenoid assembly that was sent is not needed for replacement, the current part does its job perfectly. I assembled the user panel subs ran a test sequence with the washing machine, one problem turned up, the outer tub shocks allow quite a bit of movement. I would like four new shocks. New set OEM #: W11396716 , please order and reschedule with square trade.

I removed the freezer door and guide rails. I installed the left and right guide rails, the door switch too. Reassembled the freezer door, verified that the door moves quietly and that the door gasket completely seals on all four sides.

I accessed the main power control board, removed it and installed the new pcb. I accessed the freezer evaporator assembly and removed the defrost heater/ thermistor harness. I installed the new defrost heater assembly. I cut out the freezer evaporator thermistor and installed the new evaporator thermistor.Once all the new components had been installed, I restored power to the appliance and verified my repair. I entered the refrigerator into factory test mode again and executed the same tests as last week. I found that the refrigerator produced ideal results for the tests that I ran, the freezer thermistor dropped quickly without figures in the six hundreds. I told the customer to set a bottle of water on the freezer and allow it to freezer before using the freezer again.

The fresh food door closing can wasnt aligned properly. I removed the freezer and fresh food doors, adjusted the cam and hinges ABs assembled the doors. I opened and closed both doors several times to verify that my repair was correct.
