Remove the top and the doorAccess the main power control board at the bottom of the cabinet. Replace the main power control board and the speed sensor on top of the wash drum. Assembled the door and the top and tested, good to go.

I replaced the main power control board for the upper wall oven, restored power to the appliance and verified that full function is restored to the upper oven and that the lower oven is still fully online. The new board has restored the flow of power to the bake element. All bake/broil cycles are restored. The lower wall oven works perfectly, no repairs made on that portion.

The customers fresh food handle keeps popping of the door. The manufacturer sent a new handle. I cleaned away double sided tape from the top and bottom handle bracket cut outs. Prepped the new handle for connection, lined it up exactly like the freezer handle and popped it into place with my fist, heard a snap and the handle feels rock solid.

I replaced the idler pulley assembly, assembled the dryer, cleaned out the inner cabinet and fired up the dryer to verify that the new hardware solved the loud noise.

Error code ED-36 did not good into detail with the service manual. Manufacturer instructions were to replace the output board (not front end board) after repeated error code being produced. The owners tried to power cycle their appliance but the Over Current code was persistent, I replaced the output board at the bottom of the washing machine and ran a test cycle to ensure the appliance operated properly.
