I replaced the wire harness for the lid switch and the washing machine motor. Ram spin ave agitator tests to verify my repair. The washing machine is back online. I did clear out a number of error codes that refer to out of balance loads and wash loads that tripped the excessive weight switch. The laundry center appliances cant handle large loads of laundry.

I replaced the drive motor and drum belt. I was able to reuse the blower motor wheel and idler pulley assembly. Reassembled the machine, plugged it in and verified my repair. The dryer heats, tumbles and has a strong air flow.I have two extra belts, idler pulley wheels and one extra blower motor wheel that I will return for Square Trade.

I removed the right, fresh food door assembly and removed all accompanying hardware. I replaced the right, fresh food door and re installed the hardware. Door opens and closes easily.

I removed the defective icemaker. I installed the new ice maker. I ran a harvest test to make sure that the new icemaker will function the way we want. The new ice maker will produce a batch every hour to hour and a half.

The customers dryer is not drying clothes. It will heat and it will create airflow, but it does not tumble. I opened the cabinet and found that the belt was shredded. The idler pulley wheel was out of place and there was a broken spindle head on the motor. Repaired.
