Electrolux was founded in 1910 and is headquartered in Stockholm. Frigidaire, AEG and several other appliance brands belong to it. Here in the US, the Electrolux name goes on the company's upscale line of front-load washers and dryers, refrigerators and freezers, ranges, wall ovens, dishwashers and microwaves.
Most people know the brand for its washers and dryers. The front-load washers have features like Perfect Steam, LuxCare Wash and SmartBoost. On the dryer side there are steam models with Instant Refresh and a heat-pump electric dryer. The washers can even tell when the hot and cold fill hoses are reversed, and they'll show HO SE until someone reconnects them correctly.
Dishwashers usually show it on the right wall of the tub, though some have it on the inside edge of the door. Ranges and wall ovens both use the trim inside the oven opening, and a range may have it on the storage drawer frame or the left side panel instead. In a French door or side-by-side refrigerator, look up high on the right wall of the fresh food section. For laundry, open the washer door and check the surrounding trim. The dryer's tag is above the door opening, and a pedestal carries a separate tag you'll spot on the side of its drawer once it's pulled out.
Electrolux and Frigidaire major appliances share one limited warranty. Coverage lasts a year, starting from the purchase or delivery date, and it applies to manufacturing defects. Bulbs, filters, cosmetic damage, food loss and rust are left out. Exact coverage depends on your model and when you bought it.

Upon inspection, found heavy cotton debris throughout inner drum. Manually released latch, drained water into bucket, used shop vac, and cleaned debris from unit. Fully disassembled machine, cleaned filter and sump assembly, reassembled, verified no leaks, and confirmed unit is now draining. Removed as much debris as possible from tub and ran OxiClean cycle to continue cleaning remaining residue. Unit is draining properly.

Water dispenser has slow drip. Freezer drawer not closing all the way and getting moisture build up on seal. Found that the freezer drawer was hitting the side edge of cabinet and leaving small gap and not sealing all the way. Also found that the waterline was slightly kinked causing slow drip. Upon arrival and inspection I reset the lock and the machine went through self check and unlocked the doors and went back to a normal standby position. Checked all the major functionality along with watching temperatures in the machine cycled perfect I could not find any run away temperature conditions or issues. If this machine real fans we need to swap out the master board and the oven relay and control board.

They're two brands under one company. Electrolux owns Frigidaire, having picked it up in 1986 when it bought White Consolidated Industries. The two share a limited warranty program and support resources, and many of their front-load washers use the same error codes. In the US, Electrolux-branded appliances are positioned as the higher-end line.
On the dryer, look just above the door opening. For the washer, open the door and check the trim that circles the opening. If the pair sits on pedestals, each one carries a tag of its own, which you'll see on the side of the drawer after sliding it out.
One year from the original purchase or delivery date, under the same major-appliance limited warranty that covers Frigidaire. Manufacturing defects are covered, provided the appliance was set up and used the way the instructions say. Bulbs, filters, lost food, cosmetic damage and rust aren't. The paperwork that came with yours spells out what's still covered.
The washer has noticed that its fill hoses are crossed, so each water supply is connected to the opposite inlet. Shut off both supply valves, press Cancel, swap the hoses onto the correct inlets and turn the water back on. It shows up most right after a new install or a move.
