This was our first time using Omega appliance repair. They sent out a service repair person named Brandon very polite, respectful and very knowledgeable! There was a few Gremlins in the GE washer. After a few days of coming to the house they didn't give up and they found the issues. They went above and beyond our expectations! They found the problems and fixed it. We will absolutely recommend them to people we know. Thank you

Excellent communication. Easy to work with and excellent and honest service and diagnosis of the problems being addressed. The upfront fee was a little off putting but after experiencing their service model we would go with them again with no second thoughts.
