"Customer states the stove is not lighting the way it should and non of the flames are very big. Checked and the customer just bought this stove, did find a leak on a line. Called Viking and was informed the customer needed a pressure of 5 for the stove the customer has 2.5. The customer is going to call the gas company and see if the pressure can be adjusted.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)"

From the first call, the dispatcher was extremely friendly and easy to work with! Brandon came out to diagnose the dryer. He was very friendly and relatable. But must importantly, he was knowledgeable and capable. He had to return due to the parts needed to be ordered.
When he returned he was pleasant and did the repair in a complete and timely manner. Again very friendly and relatable. If a repair is necessary , I will be requesting Omega Force! They really are a competent, great company to work with!
