From the first call, the dispatcher was extremely friendly and easy to work with! Brandon came out to diagnose the dryer. He was very friendly and relatable. But must importantly, he was knowledgeable and capable. He had to return due to the parts needed to be ordered.
When he returned he was pleasant and did the repair in a complete and timely manner. Again very friendly and relatable. If a repair is necessary , I will be requesting Omega Force! They really are a competent, great company to work with!
