While on site 7-25-24 for another appliance. Was informed the fresh food section was getting too cold and freezing food. Was going to take temp readings but was informed the door had been opened several times by the children. Informed the customer I had parts arriving for the unit and scheduled to be back in 7-26-24. I checked the fridge for any issues, checked the diagnostics and everything checked out as it should put the fresh food thermistor in water and checked the temp compared to the resistance the thermistor checks out. Talked with Phill before returning on 7-26-24 was informed to change the board again. Changed the board again and the thermistor. Programmed the board. ; O-emld tckt

Returned, found the parts in site were not correct. Danna was able to find the correct harness that is no longer available. Dana let Home Shield know. ; O-emld tckt

GE Washer Repair. Customer stated the unit would only fill with a little water. Valve assembly was shipped to the customer. Installed the valve assembly, cycled and tested. The unit filled with water and had no issues.

Samsung Dishwasher Repair. Customer stated the unit was making a noise while running. Cycled and tested found the noise was from the wash pump. Disassembled and found there was debris in the pump. Removed the pump and removed the debris, checked the drain pump for debris and it was clear. Put back together checked for leaks. No leaks detected, unit working as it should with no noise.

"Returned with the board. Installed the new board, cycled and tested, unit works as it should."
