Found dryer in garage with no cord. Customer approved installing cord to test dryer. Diagnosed faulty wire to heater. Replaced wire connector and some wiring to heating g element. Tested dryer. Dryer working properly again. ; used 1 CORD-3PRONGRANGE (RC3-50-6 3 PRONG RANGE CORD) from stock

Customer stated cooktop behaving strangely. Turned unit on and tested. All 5 burners working properly, at the same time even. All of the customers cookware is induction ready. Informed owner that there is a power management system, and owners manual states to get one pot or pan up to temp at a time. Also, water splashed on top of glass can cause unit to turn off as a safety mechanism. Found no errors stored into system. Customer to take picture of any error codes that show up.

Replaced faulty control board. Tested dryer. Heating elements are no longer sticking on. Dryer in good working order.

Customer states washer is noisy during spin and sometimes water is incorrect temp, sometimes user interface doesnt respond. Found tech bulletin on user interface needing new control board. Performed two test modes and all noises currently fine. Quoted new board for customer. She will let us know.
