I remove the old power supply cord from the refrigerator and installed the new power supply cord. Then I replaced the evaporator fan motor in the freezer. Plugged the appliance back in and verified that all electrical harnesses supplied power correctly to the refrigerator.

I verified voltage to the dishwasher. I access the main power control board and the bimetal area. I found damage to the bimetal and that power was traveling to the control board, but was not leaving the control board. I replaced the control board and the biome and reassembled the Door plugged the machine back in and verified my repair by starting a wash cycle. The appliance is back to good working order. The customer commented that a repair exactly like this has been completed five months ago by a different service company.

I removed the middle wash rack and took off the hardware accompanying it. I transferred the hardware onto the replacement rack and installed it on its rails. I showed the customer how to operate the movement of the middle rack as well.

I accessed the inside of the washing machine. I replaced the accelerometer board. I replaced the the door lock. Restored power to the appliance and ran a rinse and spin cycle with three, average sized bath towels to verify function. The washing machine is back to normal operation.
