The customers front load washing machine has been displaying error code LC repeatedly. Error code refers to a potential issue with the drain hose, machine is less than one year old, customers have not found water leaks. I examined the washing machine drain line, when I raised the line out of its standpipe, I heard water rush out of the end, indicating the drain line had been submerged, plus there was significant residue build up on the outside of the drain line that tells me it has been submerged for quite a while. I set the drain hose in a near by utility sink ave started a wash cycle, the washer filled and agitated. The drain pump was activated on three occasions, worked perfectly without producing the error code or any error code. The wash cycle completed , I installed the half circle drain line fixture and secured it six inches into the standpipe so that it has no chance to fall into the P-trap and become submerged again.

The gas safely switch behind the warming drawer had been tripped. I opened the valve and double checked that the bake and broil burners ignite. I double checked that the range is fully online and working like the customer expects.

I removed the old valve assembly and installed the new hardware . The burner assembly was replaced last visit. I cleaned the igniters on the right burner plates too. Powered on and tested my repair, the burners both ignite again.
