The customers dryer was producing d80 error code, verified stored code in appliance memory. I moved the dryer out from the built in cabinet to look at the duct work. The dryer is vented with Foil Flex line, installers likely pushed the dryer back against the wall and created a vent restriction, trapping hot air and creating the error code. I moved the dryer back while guiding the vent line to stay straight. I started a dry cycle and verified the vent was open to the outdoors. No repairs with the appliance required.

I recovered the refrigerant inside the sealed system before cutting out the defective compressor and old filter dryer. I then replace the condenser fan motor assembly and installed the new compressor and new filter dryer. I pulled a deep vacuum and charge the system with 60 g of R600 refrigerant and checked high and low side pressure to verify flow of refrigerant and that the cabinets were beginning to cool off. I told the customer to place a bottle of water in their freezer and allow that to become a block of ice before loading their food back into the appliance and to wait 24 hours before loading food in.

I replaced the pressure sensor located at the back of the sump assembly. After replacing the sensor, I ran a reset program to integrate the new part. Slid the machine back into place ave started a quick wash cycle to verify my repair and check for leaks. The dishwasher is back to normal and operating as expected.

I started the washer on a quick wash. Washer filled and would just sense, then shut off. I tipped back and found the slider was installed upside down. I replaced the slider but still not working. Issue is the main board is activating the shifter in agitate. I replaced the main board and now its agitate like it should. I started a quick wash. It filled and started to wash. No more issues found. No water leaking from underneath. Sound good when it spins. I had the customer see it working. I left running on the quick wash cycle. ; used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock, pckd up 1 W11419171 (Main control board)

The customers washing machine isnt performing a complete cycle, it will start but then rapidly advance to the end of the cycle without doing anything. I found one fault code stored in the memory of the machine , F7E4, points to an issue with the shifter. I removed the magnetic motor ( stator) and found wet hardware everywhere, the main tub seal is defective and needs to be replaced. I was going to replace the clutch and shifter but the leak would ruin brand new hardware. The seal is included in the main gear case, not an individual part.W11449841 transmission part number.; used 1 W11449841 (TRANSMISSION) from stock
