Freezer is -5 and ff is 56. Plugged in newfi and found that evaporator fan hasnt run for a few days. Found a bad fan. Streamed out evaporator and replaced fan. Fan runs great now. Drain line in ff section was also iced up. Steamed that out. Drains great now.

LEAKING. Found its leaking from the door. The lower spray arm is cracked. Customer approved me ordering and sending one directly to house for them to install. Ordered and shipped one from Sundberg.

OVEN WON'T HEAT. Found the bake element wire and connector were melted. Repaired connector and installed new heating element. Tested and oven is heating great. Range is now fixed.

"MAKES A GRINDING NOISE. Customer said its been doing it for a couple weeks, but stopped the last couple loads. It sounds like it was doing it while agitating. I removed wash plate and everything looked good and no coins. I tipped washer up and inspected underneath and all looks good and motor nut is tight. I ran washer through test mode and everything sounded good. I started a speed wash cycle and watched it through to the last spin cycle and it sounds great. I cant get it to make any grinding noises while testing. Washer is testing good."

STOPPED MID-CYCLE. Found the belt was broken. I disassembled and inspected and rollers and idler pulley look good. Installed new belt and reassembled. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.
