MAKING A LOT OF NOISE WHEN RUNNING - SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IS TURNING WHEN STOPPED. Found the blower wheel is broken. Installed new blower wheel and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

"THE ICE DISPENSER IS NOT DISPENSING. Customer said its making ice, just not dispensing it. Dispenser is working perfectly while testing. I ran the paddle test in test mode and it tested good. I checked the door switch and auger motor and all are testing good. Dispenser is testing good. They sent me a new ice maker and valve, which are not the issue."

"Customer complaint is, THE REF HAS BEEN CUT OFF FOR 8 MONTHS.GROUND FAULT TRIPS.REF SHOWS 50 DEGREES.. LITES DSNT WRK. Customer plugged it into a different outlet and its not tripping the breaker. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is in a cold garage. FF compartment temperature is 43F and freezer is -10F. The top panel that has the sensors for the FF door reed switches is loose and not in place. The lights are not working properly in the FF compartment because of it. Also the fan isnt going to run correctly if it thinks the door is open. We installed the top panel and now the lights are working. I advised customer that the refrigerator is not going to cool properly in a cold garage."

"Customer complaint is, STOPPED MID-CYCLE, WON'T UNLOCK. Inspected and tested. The door is still locked. UI turns on, but doesnt start or unlock door. I put into error mode and theres a 9C2 stored error, which is a power error. I have 120V at the main board. The main board has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A LOUD SQUEAKING NOISE ON THE WASH AND SPIN CYCLE - PUMP WAS CLOGGED 3WKS AGO - CLEANED. Inspected and tested. Washer drum is shaking and vibrating really bad with nothing in it and its transferring the noise to the bottom of the casing. Looks like the rear spider support is starting to fail causing excessive vibration. Customer is just going to use as is and see what happens."
