Customer stated refrigerator was not working correctly, ice maker stopped working, freezer was not cooling well, and fresh food section was warming up. Connected SmartHQ and found temperatures very warm. Removed rear cover and found compressor had been replaced previously. Connected gauges and diagnosed very low refrigerant charge, likely from low-side leak. Found suction line twisted at cabinet. Sealed system has failed. Recommended replacing refrigerator due to repair cost and called customer to explain findings.

Replaced burner tube 5304533840 using customer-supplied part. Ran and tested unit and verified proper operation.

Found heating element burned and broken. Also tested venting and found vent clogged. Gave customer quote, repair was approved, installed new heating element, and advised customer to have venting professionally cleaned. Tested and verified proper operation.

Customer stated dishwasher was not cleaning the top rack well. Inspected entire unit and found everything visually in good condition except minor debris in spray arms. Cleaned spray arms and tested. Verified top spray arm is receiving water and spraying properly. Found no cracks in conduit or spray arms. Reviewed detergent options with customer to help improve wash performance.

Issue was water leaking out the front. Found door bellows had come off, likely due to sheets bouncing around and dislodging spring. Reassembled bellows, tested unit, and verified proper operation.
