FLASHING A UPSIDE DOWN FL ERROR. I cant find this error in the tech sheet, so I called techline and talked to Steve and its not an error. When you power cycle washer it says tL and then the software version, so it means top load. I was able to reset and started a spin cycle and after about 3 minutes it gave the tL and shut off. Steve had me check voltage and it was good, so he advised on unplugging connectors and reseating and if thats doesnt fix it to replace the top control board. Quoted customer to install new control board. Customer is going to try using and will let us know if he wants us to order the board.

Customer stated ff compartment warm, freezer find. Found fault codes for faulty ff evap fan motor. Found ff evap coil froze up. Started defrost cycle. Steamed out ff coil. Replaced evap fan motor. Start and verify operations. Refrigerator working properly again. ; used 1 WR60X26866 (EVAP FAN MOTOR (NON-STANDARD SXS)) from stock

FREEZER IS FROSTING BECAUSE OF THE DOOR GASKET. Found the freezer gasket is falling off. Theres a service bulletin for this and they redesigned the gasket to fit better. Quoted customer to install new gasket. Customer approved repair. Installed new freezer door gasket and tested. Gasket is now staying in place and sealing nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.

LEAKING UNDER MACHINE. Found the door bellow is ripped in multiple places. Quoted customer to install new door bellow. Customer approved repair. Installed new door bellow and tested. No more leaks found. Washer is now fixed.

LEAKS INTERM. Customer said there was a puddle of water in front of the washer after they were running a large load. She has run a couple of loads sense and it never leaked. I ran washer for almost a hour and it never leaked. Customer wanted me to clean the filter, so I disassembled washer and cleaned filter. Otherwise washer is testing good.
