Issue was not draining after garbage disposal replacement. Found knockout plug had not been removed from new disposal. Removed plug and verified unit is now draining properly.

Installed parts from previous diagnosis and ran through test mode. Ice maker fan is now operating. Advised customer unit should begin making ice within 48 hours.

Issue was loud noise in freezer section and poor cooling. Found ice buildup around evaporator fan. Appeared something had been dripping water onto fan. Tested ice maker twice and found no dripping. Advised customer to monitor and call back if issue returns.

Customer recently had countertops replaced. Found one oven power wire had come loose from wire nut during rewiring. Reconnected wire, checked all connections, and ran test. Unit is now operating properly.

Issue was random noise. Ran unit multiple times and could not duplicate sound. Found rear legs frozen in place. Loosened legs so unit now moves properly, which may resolve unusual noises. If issue continues, recommend customer record video and note time noise occurs.
