How Omega Force Appliance Repair collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the choices and rights you have.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Omega Force Services LLC, doing business as Omega Force Appliance Repair ("Omega Force," "we," "us"), collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It covers our websites, including omegaforceappliancerepair.com (each, the "Site"), our phone, text and email communications, and the appliance repair services we provide in the areas we serve.

We don't sell your personal information for money (see section 6 for how advertising tools are treated).

3. How we use it

  • To schedule, route and confirm service calls, and send technician arrival updates.
  • To diagnose and repair your appliance, order parts, and keep a service history for future visits and warranty claims.
  • To bill you, process payments, and handle claims with manufacturers, home warranty companies and service plans.
  • To answer your questions and resolve problems.
  • To ask for feedback and improve our service and training.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to understand which advertising and pages bring customers to us, and to show you our ads on other websites and apps.
  • To send you service reminders, offers and other marketing emails, with an unsubscribe link in each one.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our rights and the safety of our customers and employees.

4. Calls, recordings and text messages

Call recording. Calls with Omega Force may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and record-keeping.

After-hours AI assistant. Outside staffed hours, an automated AI assistant answers our phones. It collects your name, contact details, address and a description of the problem so our team can follow up. The conversation is recorded and transcribed, and the information goes into our scheduling system. Our provider processes it on our behalf.

Text messages. If you opt in, we text you about your service: confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, job and parts status, payment links and a feedback request after your visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We never share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information about your opt-in is shared only with the vendors who deliver our messages.

5. Cookies, analytics and location

Cookies and similar tools. The Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your choices, measure traffic and see which ads lead to bookings or calls. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising. We and our advertising partners, such as Google and social media platforms, also use cookies and pixels to show you our ads on other websites and apps based on your visits to the Site, often called remarketing or interest-based advertising. We also use a variety of other marketing attribution and tracking service providers and agencies.

Matched advertising. We may also use contact information, such as an email address or phone number, with advertising platforms like Google to show relevant ads to our customers or to measure our advertising.

Call tracking. We show different phone numbers on the Site and in ads so we know which ones lead to calls. Our call-tracking provider records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and the page or ad you came from.

Approximate location. The Site uses your approximate location, based on your IP address, to show you the phone number and service information for your area.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly.

6. Who we share it with

We may share personal information as needed to provide our services and run our business, including with:

  • Service providers who work for us under contract, including hosting and cloud storage, phone, texting and call-tracking systems, our after-hours AI assistant, payment processing, website analytics, email delivery, marketing agencies and tool providers, software providers, accounting and parts suppliers. We expect them to use your information to provide services to us, though some, such as analytics and advertising platforms, may also use data under their own privacy policies.
  • Manufacturers, home warranty companies and service plans when they sent us your repair or are paying for it, so we can file claims and report completed work.
  • Parts distributors and manufacturers when we order parts or look up technical information for your appliance.
  • Companies in our corporate family that help run the business.
  • A buyer or successor if Omega Force is involved in a merger, sale or other business transfer, under this policy's protections.
  • Government and legal authorities when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, employees or the public.

We don't sell your personal information for money or rent our customer lists to other companies. Like most websites, we use advertising and analytics tools (see section 5) that may collect information about your visits. Under some state privacy laws, that can count as a "sale" of personal information or as "targeted advertising." Where those laws apply to you, you may have the right to opt out, as described in section 9. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Public service history and reviews

Recent repairs on the Site. To show the work we do in your area, the Site displays examples of completed repairs, which may include information such as a customer's name, the appliance, and the general area. We don't intend to publish street addresses, phone numbers or email addresses in these listings. If there is ever any information about you or your appliance that you would rather not appear, or you want your repair removed entirely, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

Reviews. If you leave a review on our Site or a public site like Google, it may be shown publicly with the name you chose to post it under. We may share reviews in our marketing.

8. Retention, security and children

How long we keep it. We keep service and appliance records, invoices, payment records, and other documentation for as long as we deem necessary and/or for as long as we deem them to be useful for future repairs and warranty tracking.

Security. Our primary systems are hosted in U.S. data centers. Some of our service providers, and some members of our team, may store or access information from other countries, where privacy laws may differ. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Children. Our services and Site are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Your choices and rights

Choices anyone can make.

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Marketing emails: click unsubscribe in any marketing email. We'll still send emails about your service.
  • Cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Service history on the Site: ask us to remove your repair from the recent-repairs listing.

Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including under Minnesota's Consumer Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or for your warranty;
  • get a list of the types of third parties we share your information with;
  • opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling (we don't sell your information);
  • question the result of certain automated decisions.

How to make a request. Email mail@omegaforceservices.com or call (763) 390-6267. We'll verify your identity by matching information we already have, and respond within the time required by applicable law. You can use an authorized agent with your written permission. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

10. Changes and contact

Changes. We may update this policy as our services and the law change. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If we make a material change in how we use your personal information, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on the Site.
