Meet Our Support Team

BACKSTORY

Hi, I’m Dana and unlike everyone else in the company, I do not live in the land of 10,000 lakes. I live in rural Tennessee. What’s a guy living in TN doing working for Omega Force? I’ll tell you! I’ve been in the appliance industry for 25 years. I’ve serviced everything from vending equipment, home appliances, and commercial appliances. One day, I was on a professional appliance Facebook group and posted a question. Omega Force owner, Phil, saw my question and messaged me about being a parts hero. He needed a guy to provide phone support, research parts, and provide support to his technicians on the field. I was the perfect guy. I was ready to put down the tool bag and put my years of experience to use by providing phone support. This job has allowed me the opportunity to spend more time with my wife, Renee, of 20 years. I also have a passion for art and love drawing portraits.

MISSION PROFILE

I’m the Sherlock Holmes of appliance parts, if I do say so myself. You’d be surprised how hard it can be to find certain parts, and I find it incredibly rewarding to locate a part that wasn’t easy to find to help save a customer’s appliance. If you’ve been told parts are no longer available for your appliance, give me a call and I’ll put my detective skills to work. Maybe I’ll be able to save the day! Having a team of like minded techs, office workers and an owner in the pursuit of ethical values gives me a sense of pride of having one goal of “saving the world, one appliance at a time."

Hi, I’m Jenni, your first point of contact at Omega Force. I’m the newest member of the Omega Force family and am so excited to be here. I have lived in Elk River, Minnesota most of my life and have raised my three children here. We live on a small hobby farm with pet goats, chickens, dogs and a cat. We also love to garden, growing both flowers and vegetables. I enjoy sharing my bounty with friends and family, who doesn’t love a fresh bouquet of locally grown flowers?!  My career history has been primarily in customer service and administration. I love completing tasks and exceeding expectations. I’ve been supporting the appliance repair industry for almost ten years and it’s great to be back with a company who cares so much about doing the right thing for not only their customers, but their employees too.

Alongside my technical career, I've also spent a decade as a client care specialist, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Outside of work, my passions lie in the creative realms of painting Bob Ross style landscapes, where each brushstroke tells a story of tranquility and beauty. Music is another integral part of my life; I channel my creativity through guitar and occasionally dabble with keyboards in my home studio, crafting melodies that resonate with emotion and artistry.

Hi, I’m Shelly, licensed accountant living in the Philippines. May be wondering why I’m here? Well, yeah, that’s possible. I also can’t believe it myself. I guess determination and luck brought me here. I’m an accountant for 9 years now and was part of repairs and services industries. I was involved in setting up Finance Management Systems for start-ups and scaling enterprises. I’m passionate about helping industries or people in general to solve problems and somehow provide recommendations to prevent it. And apart from being interested in numbers, I also have good habits of having clarity breaks and I really love spending time with my family.

I am here to ensure the financial health and sustainable growth of the company by handling accounting functions with precision and strategic insight. This includes overseeing financial transactions, payable and receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for all our clients. Also responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing monthly and yearly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and industry standards. Why is that we wanted all these accounting and financial areas to be our focus? Well, one answer – Sustainability. This is to ensure that we are still here, serving all your appliance needs.

Hi, I’m Cory, and I’ve been in the appliance industry for over 15 years. I started my career as a delivery driver in a different field, but soon transitioned into support work within the appliance industry, and I've loved every minute of it since. Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure inventory is managed smoothly and efficiently to help our team provide exceptional service to our customers. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, especially watching MLB baseball. I have four adult children—two girls and two boys—and we all share a love for spending time together at the lake. Originally from the east side of St. Paul, MN, I now live in Forest Lake, where my family and I enjoy the great outdoors as much as possible.
