Meet Our Support Team

BACKSTORY

Hi, I’m Dana and unlike everyone else in the company, I do not live in the land of 10,000 lakes. I live in rural Tennessee. What’s a guy living in TN doing working for Omega Force? I’ll tell you! I’ve been in the appliance industry for 25 years. I’ve serviced everything from vending equipment, home appliances, and commercial appliances. One day, I was on a professional appliance Facebook group and posted a question. Omega Force owner, Phil, saw my question and messaged me about being a parts hero. He needed a guy to provide phone support, research parts, and provide support to his technicians on the field. I was the perfect guy. I was ready to put down the tool bag and put my years of experience to use by providing phone support. This job has allowed me the opportunity to spend more time with my wife, Renee, of 20 years. I also have a passion for art and love drawing portraits.

MISSION PROFILE

I’m the Sherlock Holmes of appliance parts, if I do say so myself. You’d be surprised how hard it can be to find certain parts, and I find it incredibly rewarding to locate a part that wasn’t easy to find to help save a customer’s appliance. If you’ve been told parts are no longer available for your appliance, give me a call and I’ll put my detective skills to work. Maybe I’ll be able to save the day! Having a team of like minded techs, office workers and an owner in the pursuit of ethical values gives me a sense of pride of having one goal of “saving the world, one appliance at a time."
