Meet Our Support Team
Hi, I’m Chelsie. I grew up in Northern Minnesota, and life has taken me around the US and world over the past 10 years. Now I’m excited to be back home. I have this “electric” energy that keeps me moving through life and energized to take on new experiences. I’ve enjoyed running marathons to support causes like the American Lung Society, Breast Cancer and local homeless shelters. Recently, I’ve become interested in becoming a pilot and have begun taking flight training classes. I have degrees in Interior Design and Business Administration, and 29 years work experience ranging from office administration to warehouse procurement to retail, including five years in customer service management. I’m a fourth-generation German US citizen, following a legacy of shop owners and managers for whom customer service was a way of life. When I was looking for my next challenge, this role with Omega Force – saving the day through “hero-like” customer service – was a perfect fit, and exactly what I was looking for.
I really do love my job. I’m excited to start work each day, doing my best to serve our customers, vendors and my awesome Omega Force teammates. I love that I can give our customers peace of mind, assuring them that we’re committed to helping them and will be there soon as we can! When customers call I listen to their appliance repair needs, doing my best to understand the issues they’re experiencing, so we can send our skilled Service Hero technicians to the rescue as quickly as possible! My “superpower” is that no matter the situation, I always find a way to go above-and-beyond, giving 100% effort to finding a solution that “saves the day” for our customers.
Hi, my name is Angie. When you call Omega Force Appliance Repair, I’m the friendly voice you hear on the phone. Of course, everyone here is friendly, but since I coordinate the scheduling, you’ll probably hear my voice first. I also do all the invoicing for Omega Force. I’m happily married and have three grown children. I enjoy traveling, walking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I live in the Twin Cities South Metro, where I work happily from my home office. I guess that makes me a home-based Service Hero!
