Customer stated water had been shut off and supply lines were changed previously, but dispenser still intermittently had low or no flow when filter was installed. Inspected new water line and shutoff and found both correct with proper hand valve and braided stainless line. During testing, dispenser operated normally. Advised customer to try a new or different brand filter or operate without filter. If issue continues, recommend replacing manifold W10844267.
