Quick service. Earlier than expected, so I’m happy I was home. Tech was quiet, didn’t really explain much of what was going on, just basic info. Which is fine, I guess. My main complaint is how expensive it was. Over $500 for a sensor. Which like $400+ of that was just labor. I’m happy it’s fixed, but I wasn’t expecting more than $400 total, based off past experiences and speaking to others who work in the field. I also didn’t get any detailed itemized statement that explained warranties or anything. He just said it was a sensor, gave me the price annd fixed it. Then asked if I had any questions and I was like yea so does it come with a warranty or anything? And he said it came with either a 60/90day tech warranty and 1 year sensor warranty (I think). But it was a little frustrating in retrospect that I didn’t get any information except only when I had to ask for it where on the other hand, the Liebherr customer service line was extremely informative and had great customer service. My freezer was out of warranty, which is why I had to use this company. So far my freezer is working great now, which is refreshing (no pun intended). Fingers crossed this is the only issue that’s wrong. Not an upset customer by any means, but not thrilled either.
