Customer stated that the washing machine made a loud noise towards the end of the cycle and that water was collecting on the door boot, upon running the unit the drain pump made a loud grinding noise, replaced the drain pump and ran unit again, the unit ran properly and the noise was no longer present, the water collection on the door boot was due to the boot being dirty
