customer states gasket looks funny and cant close the door. inspected and found suspension spring on right side, fell off of tub, causing tub to sag making gasket look off and preventing door from closing, retaining clip for both springs not installed, Reinstalled spring and installed retaining clips on both springs. Ran test cycle, all functions ok no leaks
