Customer complaint is, ec at the clock says 5A6 electronic control mod fail. Found the 5A6 error is actually Sabbath mode. Inspected and tested. Oven preheated to 350F perfectly. Turned oven up to 400F and it preheated and was cycling great. Oven is working perfectly for me. Customer wants to replace the board anyways. Installed new board and tested. Oven is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, freezer door keeps freezing shut. Inspected and tested. Found theres a gap on the top right corner of the freezer door causing frost to build up. Also the freezer evaporator drain is plugged. Defrosted freezer and cleaned out drain. Reassembled and now the door is closing great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, ice maker just keeps running and running and wont stop. Inspected and tested. Found the main board is sending power to the auger motor continuously. Needs a new board. Quoted customer to install new board. Customer approved repairs. Installed new board and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Not heating. Failed magnetron and diode was replaced. The installation of the microwave is improper, unit is only 13inches from the cook top. I tested the microwave it is now fixed.

Dishwasher was leaking from valve. Replaced water valve, ran it for 15 minutes, no drips.

Not drying clothes. Runs at 235 degrees with vent connected, half that with it disconnected. Cleaned out bulkhead, and cleaned lower section of vent going up inside of wall, no difference. Customer will get vents cleaned.
