Being that we already replace the control board, they said to replace the belt because if its stretched, it can cause an issue. They recommend if the customer calls back to make sure theyre filming the error code. That way we make sure were getting the right error message. I filled unit five times that it agitate and then let it drain five times and no issue whatsoever.

Accessed the drum bearing assembly.I replaced the drum bearing, used the original screws to secure the new drum bearing. Secured the drum bearing housing replacement. Assembled the dryer bulkhead,drum. Secured the new drive belt on the idler pulley and motor. I plugged in the dryer and verified that my repair restored complete function to the dryer. All components are back online and the dryer is good for normal everyday use. Recommend dryer vent cleaning, I cleaned out the inner cabinet from significant amounts of lint. DRYER VENT WIZARD is top notch.

I verified a leak on the top of the filter drier. I cleaned the spot that produced bubbles, brazed in more silver solder and pressurized with nitrogen. No more bubbles appearing at the joint with nitrogen pressure.
