Replaced oven bake burner 5304533840 that was shipped directly to customer as part of recall. Started oven and tested operations. Oven is heating normally again.

“I got a notification the night before that moved my appointment from an 8-5 to a 9-11 appointment. That morning I got a call stating Paul was on the way and would arrive in 10 minutes. Which Paul did, he offered to take his shoes off, which wasn't necessary for me, and then went right to work on the issue. We had a pleasant discussion while he installed the recall part after which he tested the oven to ensure it was working properly. He has a history with appliances and larger mechanical items so is knowledgeable, works efficiently, and was pleasant and very conscientious.”

Removed LED light and housing in freezer compartment and found it was not seated properly, preventing the light from working correctly. Reinstalled properly and verified freezer light is now operating normally.

Customer stated unit was noisy during agitation. Found unit clogged with debris and objects stuck under agitator. Used air wedge to create space, removed agitator, cleaned out debris, reinstalled agitator, and started test cycle. Unit is now operating properly.
