Removed water supply line from the valve and the water is really brown and chunky. to install new valve, new water supply line from valve to filter and defrost the ice maker. Installed new valve and defrosted ice maker. The water line was good, so I didnt replace it. Tested valve and everything is working great. "The oven stopped heating after a clean cycle. None of the elements heat currently. The wire diagram is on Sears website. It appears there is only 2 things that can make this happen, either the resetable fuse on the unit has failed or the L2 relay has failed on the relay board. Should be able to solve either issue. Fuse is 119 on the oven diagram and appears to be on the rear. (by FW)"

There was a huge block of ice building up under the evaporator again. I cleared all the ice out. I cleared the defrost drain. I put the heater strap for the whirlpool fridge on the heater and put down the drain. I made the hole in the bottom aluminum bigger so water can drain easier. There is no water leaking down from the ice maker and the ice maker has the updated fill tube that prevents water from splashing out.

The bottom inner door seal is ripped pretty bad on both sides of the door. That inner door looks to be NLa and very expensive. He said that a maintenance guy thought is was leaking from a sensor underneath. I never saw that just the ripped door seal to be the main issue.

"Dishwasher leaking. Found the turbidity sensor out of place. Seal and sensor look good. Used special red glue to give it an extra good seal. Reset sensor in place. Ran dishwasher, no leaks. Could see that the way the water line was running next to the sensor, is what knocked it out. Also found a wire that was rubbing against the door hinge, because of how the wire was mounted. Moved the wire and wrapped electrical tape around the exposed wire section. Runs great now."

"Dryer not drying. It ignited great for me but I dont know if coils are failing after a half hour. Replaced coils. Also found bad belt. Replaced that, along with a broken start switch. Couldnt test airflow outside since it vents on roof, but ran with vent disconnected and temp inside was 180 after 5 minutes. Then ran with vent connected and it only gets up to 150 before cutting out. Told customer they need to get vents cleaned. Airflow issue. Lubricated bearing and vacuumed out dryer. Runs great.

Temperature fluctuates wildly between 20? and 40? or 50? in the fresh food section. Replaced the air damper assembly and the main control board. Ran it through full test mode and everything tests well. Thermistor for fresh food is relatively close to where it is supposed to be as far as temperature and resistance goes. Icemaker was not working recently but that would be because temperature has been so high lately.

"Customer complaint is, LOWER ICE MAKER NOT MAKING ICE WTR POOLS AT BTM OF FRZR MELTS & LEAKS ON FLOOR. Found the evaporator defrost drain was plugged, causing the water to spill out onto the bottom of the freezer and onto the floor. Defrosted evaporator pan and cleaned out drain. Ice maker was off. I turned it on and it cycled and filled with water. Refrigerator is now fixed."
