Complaint was discolored wire near front right burner. Found discoloration to be normal and unit is still operating properly. Advised customer that electrode and wire are no longer available, but a single replacement may still be available on eBay if they want to keep one on hand for future failure.

Upon inspection, disassembled unit and found lint buildup inside dryer. Vacuumed interior, inspected gasket, applied metal tape inside dryer exhaust, and verified dryer now sounds and heats properly.

Upon inspection, found tear in upper left corner of freezer door gasket. Replaced freezer door gasket, reshaped it, and also adjusted slide rail hook plate because one side was sagging lower than the other. Gasket is now sealing properly.

Motor was not clipped in correctly from factory, causing noise. Repositioned and clipped motor down properly, and noise is gone.

Installed parts from previous diagnosis, including new compressor, filter drier, and evaporator. Tested and verified unit now has no leaks. Let unit run for 15 minutes with gauges connected and confirmed vacuum and pressures were holding properly. Advised customer it can take up to 24 hours to cool and 48 hours to make ice.
