Washer stinks like sewer when it first originally drains after starting a wash cycle. I checked drain filter and is clear. A lot of soap suds in washer and i did not add soap. I explained to cut back on soap and to use bleach and washer cleaner on the long cycle to clean out any bacteria inside washer causing the stench. Do that several times and when washer is not in use to leave door open. Washer itself is working good. Will just take some cleaning cycles to clean out inside of washer of the excess soap.

The customer was concerned that there could be some damage to the freezer compartments after it had sat in some water that leaked into the garage. Upon arrival I found that the freezer was running and everything inside was frozen. The compressor had a amp draw less than 1amp and the overall amp draw with the compressor and fan was lass than 1 amp. I put into a defrost and the amp draw while in defrost was 3.5 amps. Everything checked normal today. I found no issues with the freezer.

Both the hot and the cold has good pressure while it fills. The cold water valve screen was kind of plugged up. I removed and cleaned the screens. The cold water pressure never slowed down for me in the rinse cycle.

The dishwasher just drains and gives leak error. I pulled it out and removed the bottom cover. There was water in the pan. I removed and dried off the sensor but it continues to drain. I could not run any test. Not sure where the water is coming from. Im ordering the sensor and a few parts that may be leaking to have in case there needed. ; ordrd 1 DD94-01062A (Leak sensor) and 1 DD62-00105A (Seal) and 1 DD82-01111B (Case break) and 1 DD82-01314A (Sump motor)

"Customer complaint is, KEEPS TRIPPING GFI OUTLET, SO SWITCHED OUTLET AND IT DOES THE SAME THING. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator was tripping the GFCI within 2 minutes of plugging it in. Found the refrigerator was plugged into a GFCI outlet. Also the other outlet that he plugged into was a GFCI. I plugged the refrigerator into a none GFCI outlet and it turned on and started cooling and ran great for over 20 minutes. Refrigerator is now working great."
