The defrost timer was stuck in between cycles, I could not manually advance the timer.I replaced the timer and advanced it manually, the cooling system began and the freezer and fresh food compartments started working towards set temperatures.

I slid the dishwasher out to access the power control board. I removed the defective board. I secured the new control board in place with wire harnesses connected. I slid the dishwasher into place and ran several tests to verify my repair, the appliance fills, washes, drains and changes water levels. The dishwasher is good for normal everyday use.

I replaced the defrost timer. The old timer was defective; was not activating the cooling cycle after defrost. Once the new timer was installed and power was restored, the refrigerator began to cool down to set temperature. I told the residents to wait 24 hours before loading with food again.

I removed the damaged freezer door front panel, swapped hardware onto replacement. Secured the new door assembly to the glides and confirmed the freezer drawer moves perfectly.

I accessed the ignition coil on the burner assembly. I replaced the defective coil and assembled the drum, bulkhead and door assemblies. I inspected thermistors and roller wheels while inside the appliance, found no other issues. I started a timed dry cycle, the ignition coil heated up and allowed the gas valve to open and the flame ignited repeatedly. The dryer is repaired and good for normal, everyday use.
