So talk to the customer they said that they had a dryer vent cleaning done. I put my temperature cord inside the machine and the dryer didnt reach 110? while hooked up to the vent. So I slid the machine away from the vent and started the time dry cycle the dryer got up to 180? no problem. Slid the machine back onto the vent again cycle and started the process of drying the machine did not reach 110? again. The problem with this appliance is not the appliance itself the vent that leads to the outside is not clean and they are gonna have to call, the dryer vent cleaner back out to clear any obstruction that remain.

The customers are having multiple issues with any selected dry cycle ranging from clothes being too hot to clothes not drying quickly enough.I found a huge build up of twigs and other material that tells me an animal is living out has lived in the dryer vent stack. This material will need to be cleaned out for unit dryer to work as expected.I slid the dryer out because there was no air flow at the outdoor end of the dryer vent. I found for handfuls of twigs, leaves and lint that. The dryer runs perfectly when disconnected from the vent. I referred the customer to dryer vent wizard.

The customers smooth top range has a burner that isnt heating correctly. The burner is heating up to high temperature when low temperatures are set. The burner has continuity and shuts off , the infinite switch is allowing too much current to flow to the burner, we need to replace the infinite control. There is an audible, high pitched sound coming from the control. The customer is experiencing a knocking noise when his washing machine is in spin cycle. I removed the agitator and worked my way to the drive bell and seal, the bolts that secure the inner tub and lip seal and hub are nice and tight, in place. No water leaks found.The lower bearing is showing signs of wear, I tried to tighten the inch and a half nut on the bottom of the lower bearing but it continues to make a repetitive knocking sound. I built an estimate and emailed the customer. Customer declined repair at this time.

Frigidaire Dishwasher Repair. The dishwasher door was making a knocking noise on its way to to the latch, not on the way down though. I could feel the bottom binding up against itself, could have become twisted during installation. I removed the outer door, I lined the two halves and reassembled the door. I also leveled the front legs because the left side was much higher than the right.
