I found a loose power harness on the back of the washing machine user interface, secured it in place. Hot and cold water was shut off to the washing machine too, created the error code.No need for hardware or further repairs.

I replaced the user interface board. Then I replaced the main power control board. When I plugged in dryer in could hear a weird noise then power cord supply harness, the screws filling the power supply wires were loose and not making a solid connection. I unplugged the refrigerator. I removed the operating thermostat assembly and accessed the defective defrost timer, removed it. I secured the upgraded timer in place and the operating thermostat assembly as well. Once power was restored, the cooling system regained operation and the two cabinets began cooling off.
