Observed scraping noise when drum turned. Re-greased all four roller shafts and idler, ran heavy cycle, and verified unit is now quiet and operating properly.

Client stated broiler worked but oven did not. Found oven igniter not drawing any amperage. Customer approved estimate. Installed new igniter, and oven now lights, heats, and was seasoned at 350 degrees for five minutes. Unit is operating properly.

Used temperature probe and found oven running slightly low. Showed customer how to adjust oven temperature calibration up or down. Ran and tested successfully.

Customer stated refrigerator had no lights and was not running. Found breaker tripped and reset it. Let unit run for 35 minutes and breaker did not trip again. Checked wiring and forced defrost to test heater for a short, but no issues were found. Advised customer to monitor and call back if issue returns.
