"Ken is concerned that his washing machine did not finish a wash cycle and the wash and rinse lights on the control panel were blinking. Those particular lights indicate a drain error code.I accessed the inverter board behind the user controls and inspected for loose wire harnesses and visible clues of malfunction. I cleared the error code and started a wash cycle, the machine finished the previous cycle it had stopped in and then began the new cycle. The machine agitated and drained without issue. I did not find any parts replacement or repair required during my visit."

I found a defective drain pump, the impeller has broken loose from the shaft and will not move water down the drain pipe. "The fridge is 60 degrees on upper freezer shelf area and zero near bottom. Tested voltage to the evaporator fan. Its getting 12 vdc but not running. Needs new fan motor. User interface display is out, even though its getting power to it. Customer stated its been that way for awhile. You cant read what it says on display. Evaporator has uniform frost, and compressor running. It DOES NOT have a sealed system leak. The main water valve behind the fridge is corroded and leaking. Lastly, the filter head housing is damaged and does not release the filter, so customer can not remove filter. Needs parts 242252702, 241509402, 241983812 and 5304527932. "The resident turned in his DW and the lower, right corner of the machine arched or and made a loud pop noise. I removed the toe kick and the cover over the power chord and found that the wire nuts have worn away and allowed voltage to come in contact with the cover. There is a ground wire in place, but Ill have to reconnect the DW to power before I know if anything further is damaged. I removed the damaged portion of the powered supply cord and the damaged portion of the power harness to the dishwasher and installed new wire nuts to securely hold the two power sources together, plug the machine back in and tested to see if the motor was damaged and everything works fine it fills it drains and it washes. Its good to go."

"50% of the time the customer uses the washer, it is full of water at end of cycle. Dial will be at off as though it went all the way through, but its full of water. I tried two rinse cycles and thought maybe the wash tub that it drains into would over fill and siphon into the washer, but that never happened. I ran 5 cycles, and it went all the way through each time. Lid lock seems good. Told customer to get a video of them next time this happens. Show them walking into room, show where the timer knob is, open lid and show washer full of water, then putting it on a spin and showing it drain out. FW asked me to put as pending and ask DW to follow up with customer next week and see what its done since I was here. Customer stated its been going on consistently (1/2 of time) for a year now. ; saved tckt"

"Customer states the vent came apart Checked and found the vent was the flex vent and needed to be replaced. The outside side vent is broken and will need to be replaced. The hole cut in the outsides wall is not cut correctly so the new vent would need to stick out or the hole would have to be cut differently. Quoted the customer to replace all the pipe with new elbows and normal vent. Also informed the customer the dryer would need to be cleaned out as it has low air flow. I was able to manually advance the timer into spin cycle and water drained at that point, I think the timer is bad and needs replacement. I was able to activate the motor into agitating by putting pressure on the timer. I brought new main PCB with me when I left (reinstalled the old one so they could still use the range until we come back). Also, the PCB they sent was EBR87050401. Not sure if thats correct?
