Has been working lately for customer but was sporadically not working. AHS sent a new PCB to customer. I installed, runs great.

Verified the PE error code. We tested the pressure sensor. The sensor tested bad and found some corrosion on the contacts. We replaced the pressure sensor and put some grease on the contacts. We leveled the washer. Tested good.

I replaced the float switch and tested the dishwasher. The dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, fan is noisy, frosy in the fresh food section. Inspected and tested. Fan is working and defrost works. Found the drain was plugged and the defrost sensor is bad. Quoted customer to install new drain kit and sensor. Customer approved repairs. Installed drain kit and ordering sensor. Installed new FF defrost sensor. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, making lots of noise, like a grinding and squeaking noise. Inspected and tested. Found the left rear roller has failed. Installed 2 new rear rollers and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, not draining well. Inspected and tested. Found the garbage disposal plug was still in. Removed plug and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

The customer said the display will get stuck. I found the black supply wire was shorted in the plug. I repaired the wire. I ran a normal cycle and everything sounds good and is working normally.

Came out turn table wasnt turning and wasnt heating. Found out the door switch on top was burned out. Replaced the top switch and everything is working well.

Customer complained that unit two years ago did not dissolve soap or pump well. Upon arrival and inspection I spoke with the customer and the unit has been sitting empty for two years. I pulled the inspection panel and tested it and filled with water but the circulation pump doesnt move at all. I quoted a pump and spoke with customer.
