Washer was making a weird sound. Customer showed me the video. I checked the bolt underneath the agitator and found it was a little loose. Tightened that. Inspected belt and transmission. Couldnt find anything else. I had the customer fill it with sheets and did a heavy duty wash. No sounds. Runs great. Possible something had gotten into drain pump and worked its way through. Not sure. Possible that the loose bolt was causing some type of vibrating.

Pull unit out on protective floor mat found the drain on the duck. Bell was completely coated with dust and completely plugged up, cleaned out the drain and spliced it so its a little bit more open so it does not clog up as easy. Water dispenser has slow drip. Freezer drawer not closing all the way and getting moisture build up on seal. Found that the freezer drawer was hitting the side edge of cabinet and leaving small gap and not sealing all the way. Also found that the waterline was slightly kinked causing slow drip. Adjusted waterline and pulled out fridge slightly so it doesnt hit the cabinetry.Refrigerator is working good.

customer concerned about humming/ vibration noises, states usually occurs in the evening after opening doors throughout the day, inspected work performed prior in the year. Cork tape was applied around metal surfaces that were touching each other to prevent noise. Ran test cycle compressor on High no abnormal noises found. Explained to customer that I do not have any concerns for the compressor at this time. Change in tone of operation can occur due to various operating conditions such as opening the doors and ambient temp and humidity in kitchen. Also inspected customer Dryer vent as courtesy customer stated getting D280 code on dryer. Instructed customer to have rooftop vent checked and if issues persist create warranty call for new unit.
