Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Customer complaint is, makes noise during use. Inspected and tested. Found the magnetron has failed. Quoted customer $260. to install new magnetron. Customer approved repairs. Installed new magnetron and tested. Microwave is now fixed.

Running loud. Replaced bad rollers, pully and belt. Runs and heats great now.
Model WTW7300DW0
On site was giving two lid lock errors. Tested from wires and from one to four wasnt reading correctly. Replaced lid lock and started cycle. Went through cycle and diagnostic mode without error.
Model LA9300XTW
Failed lid switch and hot water valve solenoid. I replaced the, and tested the washer. It is now fixed. The sink is backing up causing siphoning back into the washer. The customer was notified.

Customer complaint is, no heat, tumbles ok. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. Quoted customer to install new fuse. Customer approved repairs. Installed new fuse and tested. Dryer is now heating, but cycling on the hot side at 240F. Airflow on outside of house is 15mph. Customer is having someone come out and clean their vent. Dryer is now fixed.

After completing the repair he tested the temp of the dryer and even went outside in below 0 temps to check the dryer vent. Great service!”

Customer complaint is, soap is still in the dispenser. Inspected and tested. Found the main wash cup is bent and not creating a siphon. Ordered new cup and sent it directly to customer.

Water was leaking out of bottom of freezer. Removed evaporate cover and found defrost drain plugged. Also found water supply was shut off. Ice maker arm was snapped off from connection of fill bucket . Was able to harvest one of another used ice maker. Quoted labor to do all repairs.

Put UI in and made sure unit was working properly. Everything tested out well in diagnostic mode and during normal cycle.

Smells like burnt lint. There was a ton of lint, much of it charred inside dryer. Cleaned it all out, cleaned pully, changed out belt. Belt was frayed. Runs great now and doesnt smell.
