Customers complaint is that the dishwasher leaks intermittently. Upon arrival inspection I found the door was bent and their was evidence of leaking from the tub seal. I cleaned the seal and tested 2 rinse cycles. There was suds in the first test. The inspection cover is damaged and missing hardware. I tested and found no leaks while onsite. I suspect the door damage is the culprit from the mineral staining, but it never leaked while I was onsite.

Blowing the 20 amp fuse. Replaced the bad receiver and choke kit. Replaced the bad fuse. Works and heats great now.

Customer complaint is, not heating up. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element has failed and the blower wheel is cracked. Installed new heating element and blower wheel housing. Tested dryer and its working great. Dryer is now fixed.

F5E1 - customer complains the washer wont start and run. Upon arrival and inspection it was obvious the control board had gotten confused so I unplugged it reset it and check for errors. It had four stored errors one for a shorted out keypad one for a bad lid lock 14 overloaded spin basket, and one additional error. I tested and found a lid lock did not work consistently.

Not spinning. Had a broken belt. Lint in dryer. Vacuumed out lint, cleaned rollers and oiled, replaced belt and lint screen. Runs great now.

Trim piece was broken. Replaced, works great now.

Unit wasnt making ice or filling with water to make ice. Check water valve and everything worked great and reading properly. Replaced ice maker and started to make ice right away.
