Ot drying, 100% blocked dryer vent. Customer cleaned the trap and I cleaned the unit . The dryer cycled perfect. The dryer is now fixed.

Not draining. Took apart washer, including drain pump. Found a mask inside the drain pump. Cleaned the mask out, now the impeller can spin. Ran through diagnostics and then a rinse and spin.drains great now. Washer is in great shape.

Customer complaint is, not heating correctly, heavy duty set to high to dry then it didnt dry correctly. Customer is not getting good drying results using the sensor cycles. I tested dryer on timed dry high heat and it was cycling between 240F and 100F consistently for over 30 minutes. Air flow on outside of house is 11mph and back of dryer is 24mph. Vent is really long and I dont think shes going to get better airflow on outside of house. Dryer is testing good. I think the issue is just with sensor drying. Recommended customer try using timed dry and see if she gets a better result.

Found that the drain tube was clogged and frozen over. Customer approved estimate for new drain tube. Defrosted and replaced drain tube, tested and is draining correctly and no longer leaking. Refrigerator is working good.

Customer complaint is, Customer complaint is, burnt smell when using it and now loud humming noise when in use but unit still heats. Inspected and tested. Found the fan blade is melted. Quoted customer to install new magnetron, fan motor, fan blade and nut. Customer approved repairs. Installed new magnetron, fan blade and nut. I did not need the fan motor. Tested microwave and its working great. Microwave is now fixed.

The initial in-person consultation to fix the expected issue, resulted in unforeseen additional mechanical part needs in order to fix the problem. Matt was able to easily identify the additional parts needed to fix the microwave and scheduled a follow-up appointment to complete the repair. Matt called prior to arriving for each scheduled appointment and completed the final repair very quickly.
