Didnt find oil leak inside but did find a lot of dirt and grime that was stuck in the upper rain area that would flake off during was. Customer approved estimate to clean it, ran it and washer is working good.

Icemaker is leaking and running water down the back of the auger assembly, causing a block of ice to build up and the auger does not work. I replaced the bad assembly, everything works great now.

Not spinning or draining. Found a bad lid switch. Replaced it, runs and drains and spins great now.

He then admitted to me there was one thing he hadn’t checked and that was the problem which he promptly fixed. Fifth: he video taped my working washer as I had returned upstairs. The prompt response to my request, the tele-diagnostic and Nate’s thorough work tell me I can trust this company. Don’t have to replace my 22yr old Kenmore yet. Not cooling. Failed compressor relay board was replaced. I tested the unit the temperature was dropping while on site.

The complaint was not cleaning a clank sound at spin. I ran a rinse and spin cycle, the washer is filling up with the correct amount of water in a timely manner. The washer does agitate well. When it went into a spin the clutch made the normal operating sounds. When it got to the high spin there was some metal on metal rubbing. I found one of the front frame screws was missing and some were loose. I replaced the missing screws and tightened the ones that were loose. Now it sounds normal when it spins. I also leveled both machines.

Unit was spinning but was not heating. Tested thermal fuse and it was bad. Replaced fused and vacuumed out as much lint as I could. .

Customer complaint is, washer door keeps locking and drum won't spin. Inspected and tested. Washer is giving a LE error. The hall sensor has failed. Quoted customer to install new sensor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new hall sensor and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

The dryer would not heat. I found the heat coil was bad. I replaced the heater assembly. The dryer heats up good.

Found that lid switch caused fuse to go bad and cut power to water valve and wouldnt fill to advance washer. Replaced lid switch, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins.
