00753351 - Heat pump. Customer states that the machine has an error code and leaks. On arrival I turned it on and discovered water in the base started a cycle and was looking for a leak. At this point I discovered that the machine was continuously filling. called Bosch tech-support and they walked me through call the error codes. Had an error code for slow fill. Checked and made sure that flow from Phil valve was normal. With Bosch tech-support I determined that the pump which is used to measure the fill level had failed. Need to replace the pump to get this machine going. Ordered a part from Dey; ordrd 1 00753351 (Pump)

"Customer states that it started to flood a little bit after running for a while, and they have a little water alarm under their dishwasher that went off. Customer states that it has leaked on rare occasion before but never enough to be worrisome. Opened up the front cover and ran the machine for about 20 minutes. I did not see any leaks at this time. There was water staining, indicating that water may have been spilling over the tub. Drained and filled the machines several times and the drain sounded not good and was slow to drain. I think the machine could be overfilling because it is not draining properly, but this would be an intermittent problem, advice customer of what I found and they authorized me to go ahead and order the drain pump andinstall it. At this point, I opened up the machine and turned it on and let it start to fill. Saw water flowing up the pressure sensor tube as it filled.took the tube off and verified that there wasnt a leak in the tube itself. Took the pressure sensor and tried to blow it and was able to blow air right through it. Seems to have failed. "The customer said the error comes up a lot less than it used to. She said it went six days without coming up. I verified only the f3e1 error is stored. I found the glass on the door was covered with hair. I cleaned the glass. The cold water was trickling in. I removed the cold water hose and flushed the hose and cleaned the screen, I also replaced the sensor again. It now fills much faster.i ran a clean washer cycle and it does not leak. The customer was not aware there was a clean washer cycle, she was just using the normal cycle to clean the washer. I advise to use the clean washer to clean it once a month and clean the glass door."

"COOKING ISSUES, TEMPERATURE, PREHEAT TIME TOO LONG-TEMP. cust advised the oven temps are off by 25-75 temps. another servicer replaced a board and sensor. From what I was understanding from the customer, it preheats and then doesnt seem to heat much after that. I ohmed out temperature sensor and it is good at 542ohms. Ignitor is only drawing 2.2 amps. I called techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes and he agreed the ignitor is weak and would need to be replaced. I installed new ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great and cycling between 380F and 323F consistently for 3 cycles. Range is now fixed.

SHUTS OF MID CYCLE. Customer said its not drying and shuts off before the clothes are dry. It sounds like customer is putting clothes in there soaking wet because the washer isnt spinning them out. The lint filter is plugged solid with lint also. I cleaned it out and started a timed dry high heat cycle and heat is cycling between 225F and 105F consistently for 30 minutes. Dryer is testing good. Looks like the problem is with the washer not spinning the water out of the clothes and customer needing to keep the filter clean. I also recommend customer have vent cleaned before using because its never been cleaned sense theyve lived here.

1F-E error code for no signal from the icebox fan. Customer states that its been giving an error not making ice. Went ahead and opened up the evaporator cover in the back of the freezer section and found a small chunk of ice preventing the icebox fan from spinning. Remove the ice and reinstalled the fan and cover. Put it to test mode and make sure that the fan was functioning still and came back on. Did not need any of the parts provided . Machine seems to be working properly now.

"Upon arrival, I went ahead and opened up the machine, replaced the fill valve with the part provided and tested. Reinstalled the machine and cycled it on and off several times. Made sure that hot water was coming through the valve. "Customer states that the icemaker stopped working about a week ago. Opened up the machine and tried to get the icemaker to start, but discovered that frozen water had dripped out of the test button. Pulled the icemaker out and replaced it with a new icemaker part. It tested good and appears to be working correctly at this time. Inspected the old icemaker, and it may have been defected from the get-go. It appears that, the housing may not have been sealed correctly from the factory causing water intrusion to get into the control. Look like a screw is loose possibly. Either way the machine is working correctly now and the new icemaker looks great."

"Install new magnetron and fuse which is what Techline recommended. Could hear the microwave magnet for about two seconds. Then tripped the fuse again. The fuse has a very thin wire going through it able to reuse the fuse replaced the capacitor and diode try again and now you can hear the Megatron sounding like its running very loud home, but nothing is heating Techline again they think it got a bad magnetron or the transformer its bad. Customer is going to think it over and see what they wanna do I talked to Phil. He said if they want to try the parts again well get them warranted and try one more time. If that doesnt work, we would have to get the transformer. With the way this is built in my stand isnt big enough so if they do repairs, please let technician know so he can make attachment for his ally stand.; saved tckt"

"OVER FREEZING - FRIDGE IS NOT COOLING. FF compartment is 55F and freezer is -40F. Theres frost all over the freezer compartment and food. I removed the evaporator cover and the defrost drain is plugged and frozen over. I defrosted evaporator and drain pan and opened up drain. Theres white foam pieces all over from the insulation breaking down and falling apart. I advised customer that its going to work normal again, but because of the foam breaking down it will probably plug up the drain again at some point and cause it to do the same thing."

"Customer states the machine is tipped to the right side, making it hard to close the door as it is interfering with the cabinet. Took the toe kick off the machine and discovered that the front right foot had fallen off of the board that it was sitting on. Use the drillbit to notch the boards at the foot would stay in place and let re-level the machine. Put the tail kick back on and make sure that theres no interference at the door at this time. Seems to be working great."

"BB error, and customer says the washer has been sounding like a helicopter, increasingly since they bought it 3 months ago. I found the belt had come off of the rotor and motor, abd part of it was sheared off. There was a random screw between the rotor plate and the back of the washer. I removed the screw. No place I could find where it was missing from. Needs new belt. Tried calling speed queen tech support but they are closed for the Easter holiday. Customer has MAJOR concerns about washer. Its been nothing but trouble since they bought it, and they have had 3 service calls already. They are very concerned that the washer has been compromised due to the loose screw that was scraping between rotor and back of washer. "NOISEY. Customer said that when it fills the washer is loud. Sounds like its coming from the valve. The valve has already been replaced by Warner Stellians for this and she said it got worse. I ran washer through test mode and went back and forth through all the valves and they sound good, except when they shut off theres a little noise. I tried calling Electrolux and there closed for the Easter holiday. I started a normal cycle with towels on the same settings that the customer had when it made the noise and it sounded normal. I watched it for about 30 minutes and still nothing. Can someone call Electrolux next week and see what they want to do? There is a service bulletin for noise from the valve after replacing, but says its normal and will go away with time. ; saved tckt"

Low side pressure was -25 psi, indicative of a high side, pressure leak inspected the high side tubing and found a crack in the tubing between the dryer and the three-way valve.
