Microwave was giving off a burnt plastic smell. Uninstalled the microwave, I looked everything over inside the cavity, no signs of smoke, melting, or burning. Ran the microwave for 5 minutes with the cover off, but did not see or smell anything. Did find though some charred crumbs and liquids that came from counter top onto the front inside of the microwave. Cleaned that all out. Runs great.

Damage by the heater is concerning the customer. I-on arrival and inspection I found the heater has discolored and warped some plastic parts and cracked the liner. The evaporator was not completely frosted over and was actively defrosting while the compressor was running. Theres is no concern from the heater issue, but the sealed system is failing. I notified the customer.

With the error code it says power failure and to replace board. We removed board and found a bad relay. We had a relay replacement. We fixed the board for the customer and now the dryer is operating again the way it was before.

Unit would power up but run. Disassembled unit found the idler pulley and belt was no good. Replaced them and cleaned out a lot of lint out of dryer. Customer had a counter above unit and a wood divider between washer and dryer with no access to dryer exhaust vent. Informed customer that they should at least cut a hole in divider so they can make sure vents not kinked up.

Customer stated that the dishwasher wont drive properly. The drain pump was running and sounded good. Removed drain line and found a few things in hose still was draining slow but better. Pulled unit out and notice the drain hose was kinked a little. Fixed the drain hose. And now everything is running smoothly.

Customer stated that it appears that oven will reset intermittently and oven will shut off until customer notices and has to restart oven. Customer says it was intermittent and most times will work fine. Sounds like control board shorts out and loses power because the clock will blink sometimes. I tested and checked all wire connections. Range is working good while Im here, it is not failing while Im here. I suspect that it is control board but due to parts costs it is expensive without actually seeing the failure and what the problem is.I gave customer estimate and they will keep using it and if it gets worse call us back.

Customer complaint is, RUNS FOR 20 mins and shuts off, restart works another 7 mins then shuts off again. Inspected and tested. Airflow on outside is 19mph. Dryer was running perfectly for almost 20 minutes and then shut down and wouldnt let me start it again for like 5 minutes. I started it again it watched it for 50 minutes and it never shut off and heat was cycling perfectly the whole time. I think the board is failing. Board is NLA. Customer is just going to use it for now and replace it when it dies completely.

Not cleaning. Spray arms and filter were totally plugged. I cleaned and tested but arms continue to fill with garbage. This unit has been used improperly and is contaminated. I cleaned and cleared out what I could and left instructions on how to clean the filters and spray arms. The dishwasher is working as designed, customer will work to maintain and clear the contamination as it presents itself.

Customer complaint is, not making ice. Inspected and tested. Found the fill tube at the ice maker was frozen. Installed new water valve and defrosted ice from tube. Cycled ice maker and it filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.
