Checked the gasket over real well and there is no damage to seal itself. It appreciates that top left section or seal just not making contact. Heated up seal and it is making better contact now. Advised customer to leave door closed until at least dinner time or preferably 24 hrs. All other functions of unit working properly and seal is now sealing.

When I arrived, door couldnt shut because a couple gallons of ice was built up. Door gasket was indented from ice too. Part of gasket seemed to pull away a little from the rivet. I spent an hour steaming out and drying out freezer. Also found a cover on evaporator cover had popped off and potentially is what stopped door from fully shutting initially. I installed cover, used rubber based sealant to get gasket more sealed, steamed off gasket so it regained original shape. Now its nice and clean inside: also steamed off around evaporator fan so it is quieter now.

Customer stated there a squeaking noise when the unit runs. Cycled and tested in a rinse and spin mode. Checked only heard a small squeak when the unit would spin one direction and back the other. Removed the back cover and the belt found the spot on the pulley and asked the customer if this was the noise. The customer said yes, the squeak is coming from the drum pulley. Showed the customer the noise was on the inside of the tub most likely an inner bearing. The customer is goin to run the unit since it is not shaking and there is no vibration. I did check and the dampers are all intact. Customer is going to run the unit until it starts shaking and vibrating uncontrollably and then will replace it.

I took the filter out and looked for objects or defects that would keep the filter gasket from forming a water tight seal. The drain pump housing is free from defects or objects. Customer stated the unit would not turn. Disassembled and found the idler pulley, and 2 drum rollers were locked up. Customer then mentioned the unit seemed like it was not heating correctly the last cycle. Found the heat element was burnt up and had a break in the element. Quoted the customer a kit and an element, customer approved. Vacuumed out the unit, replaced the element and the kit. Cycled and tested the unit is working as it should the vent speed out side is 22 mph. ; used 1 WP8544771 (LONG ELEMENT), and 1 4392067 () from stock

Washer was making a weird sound. Customer showed me the video. I checked the bolt underneath the agitator and found it was a little loose. Tightened that. Inspected belt and transmission. Couldnt find anything else. I had the customer fill it with sheets and did a heavy duty wash. No sounds. Runs great. Possible something had gotten into drain pump and worked its way through. Not sure. Possible that the loose bolt was causing some type of vibrating.

Getting E24 and stops mid cycle. Not draining. Found that the drain pump is running but not draining to garbage disposal. Found that there is a drain hose extension that goes though the floor then it comes back up underneath sink.The basement is finished but there was a small access hole in the cabinet to where it could get to the extension and was able to vacuum it out and unclog it. Tested and dishwasher now drains and is working good.
