Upon arrival, customer was concerned about the upper oven, not turning on at all and the lower oven being at the wrong temperature. Did a long temperature check on the lower oven and confirm that temperatures were set correctly and the oven seemed to be functioning properly, including the bake embroil elements.Opened up the machine and discovered that the control board with the relays for the upper oven had some blown out contacts on the relays. Soldered the relays to the board properly and tested. Machine seems to be working properly.

I tested normal cycle and found that was too much soap suds in dishwasher (see picture) that would create dishes not getting clean and soap still being on dishes. I showed customer the excess amount of suds.I recommended to switch soap from cascade plastic to Finish. Customer said he did and still a lot of suds. With soft water, the pods are premeasued and that he might have to go to box soap and add smaller amount.I rinsed out excess soap.Customer also had issue that dishwasher would just blink the blue indicator light on floor even when not in use. I slid the machine out, turned water off to it, and verified hot water supply to the appliance, water pressure checked out fine. Unhooked the vent and were getting normal operating temperature of 180 to 200?. Hooked the vent back up and now its back to 100. The vent is too far up for me to properly test what the miles per hour coming out of the Venice. But with the temperature reading, we can narrow it down as being a bad vent issue. Frigidaire dishwasher, work order states has small drip coming from front panel. Started normal wash cycle. Monitored dishwasher drain, fill and begin rinse. Found dishwasher is tilted slightly forward, pitched dishwasher back as far as possible. Door seal is in good condition. Monitored dishwasher run for 30 minutes. Unable to recreated any water drips. No water leaks found at this time. Would recommend trying different loading habits like placing large bowls in back rack of dishwasher to avoid rinse arms from deflecting water towards corners of doors. The customers compressor has failed. A previous company attached a temporary service valve to the compressor, added refrigerant and told the customer that he found a leak. I didnt find any leaks, I think the temporary valve allowed refrigerant out. The compressor windings show that the compressor has an internal failure that has caused a permanent failure. I created an estimate for parts (compressor and filter drier) and labor. The customer wants to consider the estimate before proceeding.

Was leaking worse than before. Only thing I could find were loose screws that attach to the back side of the bottom gasket. A number of places with little rust spots. I tightened the screws and used red glue to help seal them, and cleaned up around the perimeter of the door. Zero drips after an hour.

Took off hoses from washer to check hose and water and sludge came out, appears that the water was likely shut off to the house and the washer water lines needed to be purged. I purged water hoses at the water shut off valve. Reconnected hoses, washer now fills and advances cycles. Washer is working well.Called and informed Hale and sent him pictures.

Not draining and A3 error. Found both drain lines frozen solid. Spent the majority of my time thawing them out. Tested a half dozen times. Now both drain and run great. Insulated lines with insulation customer had, and mounted dishwasher so that its not leaning forward like it was when I got here. Recommended shims behind dishwasher to keep it forward, and also recommended having space heater pointed towards back of dishwasher to keep lines from freezing on cold days like today when its -30 windchill. Top rotor, if it has issues in future, would recommend replacing.

The error code the customers referred me to points to overflow condition. I access the bottom of the machine behind the tow kick to inspect for any water leaks. I didnt find any water leaks. I entered the dishwasher into service mode steps, I entered each component into factory service test to attempt and produce error code, but nothing happened.I reset the control board to factory settings and insured that the machine ran without producing a fault code.
