Started unit by bypassing door and watching it found that everythings working for heater wise but its not tumbling can hear the motor run and theres no tension. Removed lower panel and found that the belt was broken. Will need new belt idler spring cut listed below. Also when spending the unit by hand and making a hollowing noise which is the back bearing. Customer would like two different quotes one for the rear bearing in the idle alert belt kit. And one just with the belt kit. "DRYER ISSUES, FAULT CODES, ERR-F3 ERROR CODE NOT HEATING. When I start it, I can see the ignitor glowing but no flame. Theres a service bulletin for this issue. Both gas valves are turned on. I have 120v to the wires there telling me to check in the service bulletin. I called techline and was on hold for 27 minutes before I hung up because I need to get to my next job. The service bulletin says to check gas pressure at the back of dryer and I cant do that. Maybe they need to have someone come check pressure at the supply line on back of dryer. Phil said to reschedule me to come back with Phillip. This is a stacked washer in a closet and its in a pan, so its going to take extra time, so please make sure and schedule extra time. Also can someone order me a gas valve before I go back. It confusing on the parts diagram and Im not sure what all pieces to order and I ran out of time. ; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is water inside the filter. And once had water above the filter on arrival, unit was completely drained and was sitting properly for water level. The unit is draining into the drain not into the food disposal. Tested multiple times to drain sounds really good and healthy strong. I explained there should be some water inside the filter area also explained that if they have the food disposal backed up or if its plugged and water inside of it that can cause this issue, also customers using seventh generation soap and complaining about it stink and being a little milky in there. I explained that that soap does not break down and if theyre going to use it, they need to use a dishwasher cleaner at least a month anyway. If this happens again explained theres a streaming offer and they could probably do that to make sure were not coming back out just for a user error."

"Some frost on lower left evaporator cover in fresh food section again. Verified with Ed at Beko tech support that its the correct cover per the service bulletin. Ed asked what kind of clearance there was around the fridge. Theres less than an inch on each side and above it. Maybe 1/2 above (not the required 2), and not an inch on each side. Ed said that the compressor has to run longer when theres little clearance, and then frost builds up in fresh food. Customer stated that drawers open and close fine now actually. We pulled fridge out further to allow it to breath better. I steamed off all the frost in ff section. They will potentially consult with a carpenter to remove the trim above the fridge to give it more breathing room."

Customer complaint is water on the floor in the front. This is a built-in unit with a separate refrigerator and separate freezer. The refrigerator part is the one acting up and getting the water. Remove the bottom drawer inside the refrigerator and found water traces on the bottom of the refrigerator inside. This is common on these for the drains to get clogged. Customer does have two shedding dogs. Remove the evaporator cover. And found the drain is plugged up. Grabbed the long wire fished through and then steamed and blast nitrogen through it. Unit is now unclogged and cleaned out and now draining properly tested with a cup of hot water and then removed water from drain pan. Unit is now working properly. Also showed customer what I did so they know if it happens again.

Theyll get flood sensors and cut way back on detergent usage. Since oversudzing can cause leaks, and also they will make sure to keep gasket clean."

Removed unit on protective mat. Disassembled the one side so I can watch for a leak right away when I started it found that the case break was loose and was leaking from that. Tighten that up. Let it run and couldnt find any other leaks. Also tightened up the sump assembly cause its no one for these to get a little bit loose leak from there water valve look good motor. Machine was making water hammer. Sounds when the valve was opening. This is a plumbing issue and not an issue with the appliance. Instructed customer to contact a plumbing company to have this repaired. Customer states when they dont use the bottom dishwasher for a long time and then use it again. It will make a rattling noise. Informed customer of normal sounds to expect when the drain pump runs dry And how to avoid this in the future. Noticed that handles were broken off of the dishwasher at this point. Customer was not too concerned but I think it would be nice of us to send them a quote for cost of repair on replacing the handles on both the top drawer and bottom drawer. see attached photos.; saved tckt

"Opened up the machine and discovered that the pulley was really gummed up and that the belt was loose and when there was a large load in there, it was stalling and the belt was just rubbing on the motor, pulley and getting really hot. "On return visit, the belt broke and actually damaged the one peg on the drain pump, and the drain pump will need to be replaced installed park ran it without the drain pump was still getting some excessive, shaking and noise. Call speed, queen and they recommended check in the rear feet. They were seized up loosened feet ran unit still was getting some shaking but unit wasnt walking around. "IN JAN LEAK WAS FIXED - SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE ON FLOOR - INSTALLATION CONFIRMATION. Customer reinstalled it himself after the restoration company was out and it was leaking. Customer had dishwasher pulled out when I got here. They still havent put new floor down. I turned water on and it started leaking from the supply line at the valve. The fitting is loose. I tightened it up and tested. No more leaks, but the heating element bushings are gone and dishwasher needs a new heating element or its going to leak out the back in the future. WE ARE SECOND COMPANY OUT FOR UNIT. Customer service complaint is not cooling another service company source that it was a bad compressor. On arrival looks like they replace the start relay but didnt work ohms out the compressor found that the compressor is bad. Still hooked up a jumper on it to see if the compressor will fire up. No it does not. Its locked up. You could hear try to work would hum and then made a bang. "THE ICE DISPENSER IS NOT DISPENSING. Customer said its making ice, just not dispensing it. Dispenser is working perfectly while testing. I ran the paddle test in test mode and it tested good.
