Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Inspected and tested. Found the diverter seal is leaking. The seals we carry dont work, and the parts diagram says its not sold separately from the sump. Quoted customer to install new sump assembly. Customer approved repairs. Installed new sump assembly and tested. Its still leaking from the diverter seal. I got a bad seal. Ordering new sump assembly. Installed new sump assembly and tested. Dishwasher is working great and not leaking. Dishwasher is now fixed.
Customer complaint is, not starting and takes along time to dry. Inspected and tested. Found the power cord was melted at the block. Also the vent is not connected in the back and the inside of the dryer is full of lint. Quoted customer to install new cord and vacuum out inside of dryer. Customer approved repairs. Installed new cord and cleaned out inside of dryer. Tested dryer and its working great. Dryer is now fixed.
Not spinning. Found the inner tub is completely detached from outer tub and bearing. Called owner and let her know what that would cost..

Customer complaint is, house inspector said the washer had signs of leaking. Theres staining on front of the washer, but most front load washers have that. Door is sealing good. I tested washer and its not leaking. Washer is operating normal. If you dont keep the seal and door clean, most front loads will leak a little. Also on these front loads, just opening the door when its wet will cause water to run down the front. Washer is operating normal and not leaking.
“Matt arrived right at the beginning of my two hour window on a next day call. I let him in after he knocked lightly (8 am service and didn’t ring the bell in case people were sleeping) so courteous! Came inside and don’t even ask if had to remove shoes, he just did it.
We went to my appliance and I explained the purpose of the service call. Some quick diagnosis and the result was as expected. Matt was not satisfied and wanted to do further testing to make sure my machine was not leaking. After 10-15 minutes he concluded there is no issue with the washer.

Customers complaint is the washer has increased in leaking the more they use it. Upon arrive and inspection I found the rear main bearings have a lot of slop 1/8 inch. The door boot has ripped and this is whats causing the leak.. No warranty
