It does take a little bit before our water entering because it has sense before hand. Explain to customer what I found. Also recommended maybe cleaning the washer once a month with afresh cleaner. NOT HEATING PROPERLY. Customer had removed the back of dryer. I turned dryer on and it started heating. I reassembled back panel and started a timed dry high heat cycle and its heating, but spiked to 255F before shutting off. I disconnected vent and tried again and its cycling between 205F and 100F with vent disconnected and airflow is 35mph on back of dryer. After the third cycle the igniter would glow, but no flame. I did notice the flame getting smaller and smaller every time it did ignite. I installed new gas valve coils and still not igniting consistently. Looks like a gas pressure, or valve issue. If I turn the gas off and let it cycle a couple times and then turn it back on it ignites and I get a big flame, but then the flame gets smaller the next time until theres no flame. I advised customer to have gas pressure checked to the dryer and if its good we would need to replace the gas valve. Quoted customer to install valve if needed. I advised the customer that the vent will need to be cleaned also before using dryer and they will do it themselves.

The refrigerator isnt cooling as expected. The customers fresh food cabinet isnt reaching set temperatures. The freezer is reaching set temperatures. I connected my SmartHQ device and discovered stored error codes referring to a defective evaporator fan motor, receiving voltage but no return signal sent. I steamed away the fresh food evaporator cover to access the fan motor, swapped the defective unit for a truck stock part (WR60X26866). Once installed I took the refrigerator out of service mode and verified that the new fan motor was circulating cold air. The fresh food cabinet will reach temperature in six to eight hours.

Ice cubes are wet and its dripping from the dispenser. Customer said its making ice just fine and there not freezing together just wet. Refrigerator was in a defrost when I got here, so temperatures were warmer than normal. FF compartment is 43F and freezer is 3F. The dispenser chute is holding water. The ice compartment is full of ice beads all over the inside and on the ice maker and the fan is all iced over. I completely defrosted ice room and checked water line and made sure ice room is sealed and all looks good. All seals look good. The only thing I see is the ice bucket is cracked. I recommended customer replace ice bucket and call Samsung if they continue to have issues because I would be guessing if we would start replacing parts.

Oven trips breaker. I tried bake and broil and both do it. I cut out the metal on the back and pulled out the bake element and inspected it, its not shorting to ground and it ohms good. Cant find anything electrically wrong with oven. Everything tests good on range. Could be that the outlet got damaged when the oven got pulled out, and now it shorts. I told her the next step would be to have an electrician look at the outlet and breaker box.

REFRIGERATION ISSUES, CUSTOMER INSTRUCTION, UNFAVORABLE NOISE-LOUD GRINDING NOISE. Customer said its random and last for about 5-10 seconds. He thinks its coming from behind refrigerator on the bottom left side. I pulled refrigerator out and theres no water hooked up to the refrigerator. I found the ice maker turned on. I put refrigerator into test mode and cycled the ice maker water valve on and it made a buzzing noise for about 5 seconds. Looks like the ice maker was cycling and trying to fill with water. I turned the ice maker off.

I unplugged the dryer and disassembled the cabinet so that I could access the high limit thermostat that had failed. I installed the new high limit thermostat replace the rollers on the front and back of the drum and installed a new idler pulley belt. The idler pulley wheel was in good shape so I didnt replace that. Once the new parts were in, I reassembled the machine and tested my repairs to verify that everything worked as expected. The dryer heats tumbles without any issues once again.

Customer stated the unit was not drying, found the heater element had worn out. Also suggested to the customer about replacing the roller and wheel kit as one of the back drum rollers were not turning well and the idler pulley was very tight. Dryer takes a long time to dry. I took temps and the dryer would get to 270 within 30 seconds with vent connected. With vent disconnected it runs at 220. Vent runs straight up through garage roof. I used my dryer vent brush and cleaned out bulkhead, and also detached vent from back of dryer and cleaned out some nuts. She recently had a new roof put on and something must have happened in the vent. She will have her vent cleaned. Also, I showed her how to take off bottom panel and clean out the inside of dryer. Just charged trip charge.

The installation team cross threaded the hot water solenoid valve, caused a leak in the customers brand new home.The machine was slid out on arrival but I put my floor protector down to maneuver the machine around a pole easier. I removed the user interface to access the screws that hold the top on, removed the top and accessed the hot cold water solenoid valve assembly. I unscrewed the hot cold water solenoid assembly and removed the rubber hose clamps that were holding the different waterlines in place. I transferred the electronic harnesses and rubber hoses onto the new assembly and screwed the new hot cold solenoid assembly into place I reconnected the hot and cold water lines from the house and turn them on to verify I had a watertight seal, reassembled the top and the user interface and installed the soap dispenser and started a cycle to verify that there werent any leaks associated with that part of the machine. I slid the machine back into place and cleaned up. The machine is back to normal leak free use.
