Model LSC27937ST

Customer complains that waterline broke it sprayed water all over behind the fridge. I found a 5/16 line that feeds the door through the back of the cavity and through the bottom of the cavity was very brittle and had broke. Replaced it with just stock 5/16 line and one 5/16 union. I turned the water back on looked it over found no leaks. Customer wanted to use 10 foot line so thats what we did and coiled it up just where the other coil had been previously. The fridge is now fixed

Found that the drain hose has a clog/debris inside. Took off hose and unclogged the debris/food build up. Tested and dishwasher is draining and working good.

Customer complaint is, black plastic part protruding out below unit & progressively coming out further and one on top too. Inspected and found the top trim piece had fallen off. Reattached trim and the bottom piece is were its supposed to be.

Customer complaint is, squeaking during the start up. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley has failed. Quoted customer to install new idler pulley. Customer approved repairs. Installed new idler pulley and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

On arrival everything was operating moved unit out so we could watch for any leaks. We did see evidence of water leaking from were the water valve is and the elbow to connect to the water supply. Replace with elbow w10685193 and everything is operating great and no more leak

Not draining in back of freezer. Installed new drain kit and steamed out drain and freezer floor. Drains great now.

Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse had failed. Customer had already cleaned and replaced the vent. I got 19mph on outside. Quoted customer to install new fuse. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 220F and 125F. Dryer is now fixed.

Found that tub is slowly spinning even with no clothes. Suspected clutch but found that the bolt that holds agitator is rusted and would need to be drilled out. At that point would need new transmission on top of other parts. Due to parts/repair costs customer declined and will purchase new washer.

Found that squeaking noise is from bad idler wheel. Customer approved estimate. Replaced ilder wheel, tested and runs quiet and is heating and working good.
