"Customer complaint is water randomly on the floor. Customer believes its coming from the wash machine. But not 100% sure. Customer said at one time they came down at two in the morning there was some water even if it wasnt running and then when they came down at five or six in the morning, there was even more water, but was never running, the wash machine was full of water the water valves on top so if its leaking from the water valve itself, you would have a water inside the tub. Inspected unit. Ran filled multiple times never once had one drop of water no evidence of any water leaking anywhere inside the unit. Stated that it has been a mystery to him also because it runs behind a few other things also like the furnace itself. I told them to get a couple water sensors and place some at different spots where they had water and a couple right next to wash machine that way once it starts dripping a little bit of water it will go off and youll know which one is it coming from."

Found that the waterline from wall to refrigerator was rubbing against the screw and made a small pinhole leak. I could not find shut off to refrigerator. But i was able to to cut out bad section and reconnect line and no longer leaks. Fridge itself is not leaking and I suggested that copper waterline be installed from water shut off to refrigerator to prevent further future issues like this happening which a plumber would have to do.I also leveled front left so doors dont hit side of cabinet.

HAVE ERROR CODE E1 AND F9. THIS IS THE SAME ERROR CODE AS THE LAST TIME WHEN SOMEONE CAME OUT TO FIX. This has the countertop air gap. I filled dishwasher and drained it and its just trickling into the garbage disposal. I bypassed air gap and hooked drain hose directly up to the garbage disposal and filled and drained dishwasher and its draining full stream into garbage disposal. I started a heavy cycle and watched it fill and drain multiple times and its draining perfectly. Looks like the problem was with the air gap. There is a high loop in the drain hose underneath the sink.

"Dishwasher not cleaning dishes well. Checked water hardness level. It tested 25 on a scale of zero to 25. Very hard. A white film has been on dishes. Ran through full test mode. Heater comes on, it circulates well, filled dishes with water. We did find an excess of suds. We put vegetable oil in dishwasher to get rid of suds. We found a dish rack organizer that was hanging down and stopping spray arm from spinning. Removed that so that arm can spin. Cleaned out spray arm holes that were clogged. Verified that the detergent. Ordered new rinse aid cover to be shipped to customer. Recommended rinse aid and detergent. Dishwasher works great.

Found that the tub hose to drain pump is collapsing in on itself. Seems like it is draining too fast and sucks the hose shut (see picture) i checked tub with hose off and ran it and there is no debris or clothing stuck inside tub. As washer reaches lower water then the hose no longer sucks itself shut will finish and spin out. I Changed the drain pump to see if that was issue and still happening.I called tech support and they said there is no way there is not a sock stuck in tub and I tried to explain and guy refuse to take that answer. It looks like there is a siphon break kit as well as I want to order new hose. Parts show not in stock. This is a plumbing issue not a appliance issue. Informed customer of findings and let them know that they will need to hire a plumber to fix this. There is no leak with the machine.

For now I defrosted the ice. If it comes back we need to call tech line and have the sensors checked.

"UI is dead. Went through all the troubleshooting steps. Found the main pcb is good but UI is bad. Customer has been without a washer for a bit and told me if it wasnt something that could be fixed today, they would not want to fix it, but instead replace. When I found the UI they asked what it costs and I told them what it retails for. They asked if anything else could be going out in the near future. They said its been loud. I looked underneath and found a uniform line of oil built up sprayed around the inside of the cabinet, coming from gearcase. I let them know thats a sign that the gearcase will eventually need to be replaced, and they said for sure they do not want to fix it. They want to go the route of buying a new one. Please submit to WHE that customer will be replacing washer. ; saved tckt"

"Taking 6 hours to dry clothes. Found a good deal of moisture inside dryer. Bulkhead is clean. Then noticed that lint trap is completely plugged with dryer sheet residue. Took airflow test outside, and it was zero. The vent flap outside wouldnt even open, due to zero air flow. I then scrubbed off lint screen, and then did airflow check again, and it was 13 mph. The screen ripped though when I was scrubbing it, so we need to have square trade send a new screen to customer. Also need to return parts that square trade sent. DW can you have square trade ship customer new lint screen? Looks like mid south appliance parts has one. 5304513574; O-emld tckt"

Customer is complaint is leaking out the front. It was a bunch of soap leaking out the front. On arrival open the door and its crazy amount of soap. checked the food disposal to see if the plug was knocked out. The plug was knocked out. Its just customers using the platinum packet. Also customer ended up putting a container in there with extra dish soap. Explained platinum packets have a lot of dish soap plus adding more dish soap will definitely cause this issue. They do rinse their dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I suggested getting more of basic packet to put in the unit ran unit cut it with vegetable oil and got the suds out. Never leaked once while running it multiple times. Explain to customer being on the ninth level I would suggest putting some water sensors underneath it to be safe

"Dishwasher didnt circulate water as well as before. Ended up calling tech support. They said to check and see if dishwasher is level. I checked and it wasnt level. I leveled it out and ran it, and did the bowl test on top and bottom racks, and bowls filled up all the way with water within a couple minutes. You can hear it circulating much better now."

"Customer complaint unit has a E1 code. This is a code for a leak. Pulled unit out. There is water in base removed water. Inspected unit nothing cut and dry saying its leaking. There is some water drips from the front of the sump on hose. Which I have seen before. Ran unit for 50 minutes no leaks. Tightened up sump assembly definitely seamed loose. Looks like possible hard water staining on valve but never a drop. Filled and drained multiple times and no leaks. Explain to customer diagnosis so ran it multiple times and let us know if the air comes back ever if not, unit is working great."

complaint is not draining and was giving an error code. Tested unit could hear the dream pump making the awful noise remove the filter and then theres a yellow cap that is in front of the propellers on the drain pump. Remove that and was able to fish out a little seed or nut. All the propellers are not damaged reassembled then tested multiple times and unit is working properly now
