Replaced control board. Managed to take off and reuse old overlay. Tested and oven preheats and is working good as Im here.

Shutting off when you run it. Found a bad wire harness that is attached to the display. Replaced, runs great now.

No power going to dishwasher from wall. Found that its on a toggle switch on counter. I wiggled switch and power came on for dishwasher. Informed customer that light switch is bad and would need switch replaced. Customer will replace switch themselves. Dishwasher powers on and is working good.

Range all works- burners are off but lite is still on. Found that the infinite switch was faulty on the right rear burner. Replaced switch and everything is working great.

The washer was full of water and would not drain. I found the drain pump was locked up. I replaced the drain pump and the drain pump fuse. I ran a rinse cycle, it drains and spins good.

Replaced water valve, tested and washer no longer leaks by itself. Washer is working good.
Model WT1101CW
Verified complaint. When I got to site I was able to get the washer to drain. The drain pump sounded great. Checked agitator plate to make sure its tight, it was tight. Removed rotor to inspect and to inspect the stater. Both looked just fine none of the magnets were loose. Ran unit on spin for 6 min then got the uE error code. Units control board is the older style that LG bulletin says need to update or replace. Needs new control board EBR76262102.

Customer complaint is, oven makes poof sound at times. Inspected and tested. Took apart bottom of oven and inspected burner tube and ignitor. Everything looked good. Reassembled and tested oven. Oven preheated great to 350F and was cycling on and off perfectly and I never heard anything concerning. Oven is testing good.
