Spoke with LG tech support and they said the only way it would appear to do a whole new cycle is if extra rinse was selected: then it appears that a new cycle has started. I spoke more with customer and she said this is the one time its done this, and it was a load of two bed sheets. Found it actually had gotten off balance in final spin so it was refilling with water to try and redistribute the load. Everything runs great. Ran it through a full cycle and it went until the END for me. Runs and sounds great.

Replaced inlet valve due to sediment in the line causing the cold water solenoid to fail. Unit wouldnt go into rinse to then go into spin. After replacing valve I flushed the water lines out into the sink to get any sediment out. Then tested unit thru a quick wash and got no errors. The se error is due to sudsing. Told customer to use less soap because shes using a 3x concentrated soap. So tablespoon or less. Unit is now operating perfectly. ; pckd up 1 807837P (VALVE - WATER FILL)

Uninstalled wall oven. Required removal of microwave to gain access to electrical conduit for wall oven in order to give enough slack in electrical for oven to be uninstalled. Disassembled wall oven. Replaced main control board and user interface touch screen control. Tested operations. Verified user interface touch screen control is no longer delayed. Customer still has issue of food smoking while in use. Stated that food cooks perfectly fine but smoke is coming out of oven and setting off smoke alarms in house. No grease build up found in oven and I did run oven to 450 degrees with no smoke coming out of it. Advised to try cooking food again to see if possibly the new control board may have corrected the issue or not. If not I recommend trying a different method of baking food. Customer stated that they cooked brownies and it smoked. If issue continues I guess replacement of broil element may be best first step for this issue.

Control was chiming as if the crushed ice button was being held down. I found that over time water had been getting moisture from dispenser tube onto the display board. Cleaned the mineral deposits off, and wrapped plumbers tape around the dispenser tube, and then put a light coating of red glue on it. Also made sure ground wire was secure behind display board. If it has issues in future I told them Id recommend replacing that display board. WR55X11144

I accessed the ignition coil on the burner assembly. I replaced the defective coil and assembled the drum, bulkhead and door assemblies. I inspected thermistors and roller wheels while inside the appliance, found no other issues. I started a timed dry cycle, the ignition coil heated up and allowed the gas valve to open and the flame ignited repeatedly. The dryer is repaired and good for normal, everyday use.

Gives a water flow error. First found the water shut offs almost all the way turned off. Turned on the water and tested the washer and it still would stop and give the error. Called speed queen and disconnected connector for pressure sensor from display board, and reconnected and tested DC voltage. Everything tested good. Made sure pressure line was clear. I reconnected everything and tested it a half dozen times and now it runs great on hot, cold, and spin. Works great now. If it has issue in future, speed queen recommends coming back with the pressure sensor, 203843, harness 204113 and control 205078P.

Complaint of oven turning off during preheat,customer stated that the breaker had tripped and he flipped it back but it did not help, we then turned the breaker on and off causing the oven to turn on, we started the preheat and around 110? and 2 minutes later the breaker tripped, we reset the breaker and called Techline, Techline recommended to run the oven through another preheat, all functions of the oven were working correctly, the oven reached 300? and finished preheating, Techline had no other recommendations due to the oven working properly, explained to customer that since all of the oven functions were operating without causing a trip that it is likely a breaker issueFile #87923085

The cover showed signs that the appliance had been moved with a dolly from the back, the bends allowed the cover and copper to contact each other. I adjusted the cover and secured it tight with the quarter inch screws.
