Fridge has been noisy making vibrating sound ever since new compressor was installed. I found a couple places where copper lines from the compressor were touching metal. We were also able to figure out that it vibrates when it is pushed back near the wall. The floor isnt level and thats causing the majority of the issue. Customer is going to shim. Also, the water valve has been leaking so I undid the connection and used plumbers tape and redid the connection and now it doesnt leak. Lastly, the water dispenser hasnt been dispensing water. They have a saddle valve in the basement. I made some adjustments opening and closing the saddle valve and now they have water coming out of the dispenser.

The customers are hearing a rattling noise when they dry their clothes.I removed the top cover, inspected the idler belt, drum, idler pulley wheel, blower motor/wheel. The moving parts on the dryer are free from defects .The drum moves smoothly, felt isnt torn or out of place. I found two loose screws that were not holding the back panel tightly, I snugged them down, put the top back on and turned the dryer on. The dryer tumbles, heats and produces air flow quietly. The dryer vent stack and gas supply line are touching the back of the dryer, there are friction marks on the vent, I moved the dryer away so that it wont vibrate against said lines.

The range is fully functional, except for the clean function. The clean cycle requires a lock to engage the door, lock is operated by a motor and proven with a micro switch. The micro switch tests good but the motor isnt moving to close the switch, power is traveling to the motor. Im ordering a new PC board and motor latch, I will only replace the board if the motor latch replacement doesnt work. I verified the issue with frost all over the top of the ceiling and on the back of the evaporator cover. It does not have a defrost issue. I found the gap between the freezer door gasket and the cabinet. The gasket was installed correctly. I did heat up and stretch out the gasket then put some foam strips behind the gasket so it pushes on the gasket and seals tighter. I replaced the evaporator fan blade with the new 6 blade fan and added the foam strips to the air return tower. I also applied grease on the gasket so it makes a tighter seal. ;

Complaint is making loud rattling noise. Disassembled unit found that there was some staples, zipper, and some other stuff stuck in the blower wheel and the felt around the drum. Did a maintenance cleanup on the unit reassembled units working properly now.

Two burner control valves had loosened to the point that they wouldnt ignite or sometimes extinguish the burner flames. I removed the burner control knobs, they are held in place with a two millimeter set screw. I gained access to the burners control valves and some of the screws had worked their way loose, I was able to tighten them up to restore proper control to the burner knobs. One control valve wouldnt operate properly though, so I had to swap out the valve body. I used thread paste to seal up the gas fitting on the back end of the valve. Once power and gas flow has been restored to the range I checked all operations to verify that further repair or hardware arent required. The range is back to normal operation.

The customers deep freeze isnt reaching set temperature, its getting down to 10 degrees above zero but set for-10. The evaporator fan motor is running, defrost issues not present, the frost pattern on the evaporator reminds me of a fresh food evaporator but I didnt find any sealed system leaks. The compressor amp draw is only at 2 ohms, should be 3.6 ohms, discharge line is very hot, suction line is cold, so is the drier filter. Everything I found points to a weak compressor, would need to replace it and the drier filter.
