Customer complaint is, no water going to spray arms- dishes arent getting cleaned. Inspected and tested. Found the circulation pump has failed. Quoted customer to install new pump. Customer approved repairs. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, lights are out in the freezer. Inspected and tested. The freezer led board was dead. Installed new led board and it flickered and then went out. The board hums every time you open the freezer door. The main board has failed. Needs a new board, LED module and holder. Installed new board, LED light module and holder. Tested refrigerator and light is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Unit would beep three time and not do anything. Tested the latch and tested good. Tested the control board and found that was the source of the problem. Replaced the control board and everything is working great. Also square up the dishwasher and remounted it for the customer to fit better. Used WD21X24901 out of truck stock.

Customer complaint is, second opinion, rumbling. Inspected and tested. It sounds like its coming from the motor, but not sure. I disassembled dryer and everything looks visibly good. Customer approved me putting in a rebuild kit to eliminate that as being the problem. Installed rebuild kit and tested dryer. Dryer sounds great. Looks like that was the problem. Dryer is now fixed.

The dryer drum would not tumble. I found the belt was broken and the idler pulley was stuck. I replaced belt, idler and rollers all from the repair kit. The dryer sounds good.

Customer complaint is, stops or pauses mid-cycle washer gets to rinse cycle and stops. stops spinning and doesn't drain. Inspected and tested. Found the lid switch has failed. Installed new lid switch and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Squealing when it runs. Found a bad idler pully. Cleaned a lot of lint out of the blower wheel. Runs much quieter now.

Found that getting E91 error, communication issue. Checked connections and is secure and still error. Tech manual says UI and Mainboard would need to be replaced. Would need to order parts 5304509006 and 5304505611
