The washer is not draining well. I removed the drain filter and found paper stuff stuck in the filter. I cleaned the pump filter and now it drains good. I also found the cold water line was leaking and it got worse when o pulled the washer out to service it. I replaced the water lines.

Customer complaint is, not drying or washing properly. Inspected and tested. Dishwasher filter is plugged solid and rinse aid dispenser is empty. Cleaned out filter and ran dishwasher through service diagnostics. Everything was working great and heater came on. Recommended customer clean filter regularly and use rinse aid. Otherwise dishwasher is working great.

The idler pulley was stuck and the belt was putting a groove in it. I replaced the idler pulley. Oiled the rollers and vacuumed the lint out. It sounds good now.

Wouldnt heat at all kept getting the error code 97. Which says lower cooling fan. Did all the test GE recommend all leads to replacing the fan and board on fan. Need to replace fan and board on fan; replaced 1 WB26X23613 (Lower cooling fan) and 1 WB27X23614 (Fan board) and now everything is working great

It cooling. Tried a pro41 but that only got the compressor to run for 5 min. So I put a hard start capacitor on and it ran great for an hour. Its cooling nicely in fridge and freezer.

I replaced the heater assy. The unit had tripped the hi-limit and the thermostat was ohms were out of the target range. I tested and cleaned the dryer. It is now fixed.

Customers complaint is the unit isnt using all the detergent out of the unit found that spray arms had food and small plastic pieces which clog the spray holes. Which will not clean out and break down the soap in the dishwasher. If problem continues will need new dispenser and possibly bottom spray arm is bad. W10861000 is the dispenser I will need on return visit

Customer complaints that the button fell off their user interface and they could no longer push the button on the control board to get it to start. Upon arrival and inspection I found it needed to use it interface and a control board. Both have been discontinued. The rear main bearing has one 16th to 1/8 and sl.
