Did a vent cleaning but not a lot came out. No charge for vent cleaning. Recommended moving dryer to have a shorter vent. Right now its long and has a number of 90 degree angles.

Customer states that sometimes the igniters wont work on her range since she cleaned the burners. But they have been working recently for her. Ask customer how she cleaned the burners and she said she took the caps and burners off and wash them with water. Instructed customer on how clean them properly. She also was concerned that she was not not able to turn off the gas shut off on the appliance hook up. Informed her that we are unable to repair that valve for her and that she will need to call a plumber. I cleaned the two burner she was most concerned about and tested all of them to make sure they were all working. Everything looks good at this time.

"Temp sensor Dg8-23-1Main control dg3-103-1Overlay dg20-219Customer states that it runs for a couple hours and then stops making ice and has an error code. Call Danby tech-support and they stated that the error code is for the reservoir not being full. Confirmed that the float valve is operating correctly and the reservoir does stay full. They said that the failure is likely a board and temperature sensor. They said this is a common failure. They gave me the parts for the overlay control and temperature sensor and these are the parts that will need to be replaced. They also said it could be an intermittent problem with the pump, but this is unlikely. I asked the customer to keep an eye on it to see if there are any times where the pump would stop running intermittently but not have an error code yet. please find these parts and call the customer with a quote and schedule for when we can come back. ; saved tckt"

"LEAKING UNDER THE FLOOR - UNIT IS PULLED OUT TO DRY OUT FLOOR. Sounds like it was leaking from the door and clean light was blinking and customer saw lots of suds in dishwasher. I turned breaker on and drain pump is running. Found water in the float pan underneath. Removed water and started a heavy cycle and after about 5 minutes I opened the door and its full of soap suds. I showed this to the customer and advised that its leaking from excessive soap suds in dishwasher. I ran dishwasher for over 35 minutes and never saw it leak, but theres still lots of suds. I told customer to run a cleaner through dishwasher and if it keeps sudsing up to try a different soap. Afterwards I found out customer probably got dish soap in the dishwasher right before it leaked."

They already had all the water bailed out of it check pump nothing was caught in the pump so I filled it for water to drain and found the pump sounded good so took off the drain hose to the food disposal and found that the food disposal still had its plug-in there. removed the plug, redid high loop for the drain hose and now unit is draining properly properly.

"The dishwasher is hard wired to a gfi in the basement. I added a picture. After about 1 hour the gfi will trip. I hooked up hass, the vane error and drain error were stored. I ran a diagnostic test and it passed. In the manual test the vane will moved forward and back but does not stop. It may need the vane assembly. The customer will try a new gfi first."

The refrigerator was not running and not cooling. When I arrived I found the fridge was plugged in and the error FF was on the display. After inspection I found the board was replaced with the wrong main board. The previous company cut the main harness and put on spade connectors to make it work. Then forced plugs in the wrong spot. I had to use the new board that was sent and do some soldering to make it work again. Now all the fans work and the compressor runs. I found the compressor has failed. I replaced the compressor and recharged it with 5.1 ounces of refrigerant.
