Freezer door was out of index causing freezer not to close every time causing massive frost and ice buildup frosting over icemaker causing icemaker not to work re-index door defrosted and cleared freezer. Frost and ice icemaker could possibly be defective, but it may be due to frost that it was not working.also tightened freezer handle

TOP RACK IS FALLING DOWN. Found the adjuster is broken. Customer approved repair. Installed new adjuster kit and tested. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer states the icemaker is leaking from the dispenser, also the water dispenses slowly. Found the ice maker evaporator iced up. Disassembled and steamed out the ice. Put back together checked the defrost on the icemaker evaporator (ok) cleaned the drain for the icemaker evaporator. Checked and found the valve assembly not functioning correctly, customer also approved new filter head. ; ordrd 1 5304522623 (Manifold assembly) and 1 242253002 (Valve assembly)

Returned installed the timer, cycled and tested the unit is working as it should.

Long cycle and no drain. Found all four suspension rods physically broken and lid lock intermittently not locking, unit is showing heavy signs of abuse. ; O-emld tckt

Not completing cycle, water left in clothes/not spinning. Ec6 error stored, only code stored in test mode shifter moving to agitate and spin position but drum not spinning after reaching position. Found J2 plug on control not fully seated, reconnected J2 and retested unit now spinning in test mode.

Door is off and wasnt closing properly. Found a stripped screw that was sticking out quick a bit on the hinge. Also, hinge on top was flat and not the curved hinge it requires. Replaced hinge with required curved one they had in the install kit. Went to hardware store and bought two screws for the hinge that had a stripped screw, and then installed that. Adjusted the door so it doesnt catch on the racks, and steamed off door gasket which had lost its shape and wasnt sealing all the way.

Replaced lid lock and lit switch. Started washer and verified operations.

I removed the defective icemaker. I installed the new ice maker. I ran a harvest test to make sure that the new icemaker will function the way we want. The new ice maker will produce a batch every hour to hour and a half.

I removed the drain pump able installed a new pump motor. That did not fix the problem, the machine will wash but it will not drain. Im ordering a me main control board because the dishwasher will boot let me access error codes in factory service mode. ; ordrng 1 117518761 (Main control board)

Pulled dishwasher and needed to extend the power wire due to hard wire being short. Ran dishwasher outside of cavity and found the sump seal to be leaking. Sump shifted when motor kicked on. Sump is screwed in from the top and those screws were loose. Tightened those screws and now sump isnt shifting when motor comes on. Tightening those screws also sucked the whole sump assembly up about half an inch. Unit now working as it should. If leak continues past this point the sump will need to be replaced.

Oven no heat, igniter glowing and drawing 2.7 amps. Bake igniter weak. Replaced igniter new igniter drawing 3.5 amps and igniting gas. Unit now heating

Replace icemaker drain tube kit and PCB according to instructions provided with kit. Tested and it seems to be working properly. Complete.

Customer states the unit is loud during the spin cycles. Customer wanted a new quote for bearings and a seal. Informed the customer of the cost and customer will get back to us with an answer.

Upon arrival customer had dispenser unplugged and removed. When plugged in dispenser display is non responsive and dim. Customer had a new user interface to try. Plugged that in with no difference. Wiring all over looks ok. Main control board is the issue. Only part number i could find is for rev 3 Part #DA94-02963B. This unit is rev 13. Please confirm if this is the right part number or if we need a different part.; saved tckt

Verified room temp on fridge and freezer - no fronts pattern evaporator fans and condenser fan working - low current draw on compressor .91 amps picture attached - defective sealed system/compressor confirmed. Repaired, testing and unit is now working properly.

"Found broken lower sprayer arm, worn four port diverter, right hinge spring rope removed, and broken trim on user interface. Replaced sprayer arm and diverter, re-installed rope spring for right hinge. Could not get trim to stay on, will need a new user interface unless trim can be sourced. WD21X25381 user interface. ; saved tckt"

I removed the door to access the two springs that hold the two halves of the gasket in place. Removed the old bellows. Installed new bellows and stretched the springs over the inner and outer channels. Reassembled the door to the cabinet and ran a test cycle to verify that the install was absolutely perfect.

On arrival customer states that the temperature in the dryer doesnt seem right and that it takes a long time to dry clothes. Start the machine and check the temperature and while it did appear correct right at the beginning of the cycle about 20 minutes and it drifted about40? cooler than it should be. Going to replace the thermostat and check again. Ordered part from distributing.; ordrng 1 5304511428 (Thermistor)

Could not re-create customer issue at this time. Check the fan for obstructions and that the ducting was installed correctly check for loose wires everything appears to be as it should.

Installed the new main power control board and plugged in refrigerator. All components back online and functioning, compressor and the rest of the sealed system immediately began to cool down the freezer and fresh food cabinets. Water dispenser and cavity lights too, evaporator fan, condenser fan. I told the customer to place a bottle of water in the freezer and let it turn into a block of ice before loading food into either cavity.

Replaced control board and thermistor/potentiometer wire harness. Repaired, testing and unit is now working properly.

Customer stating that the compressor was making noise. Pulled the fridge out and saw that the condenser fan had fallen off the motor shaft. Reinstalled fan and let compressor cool down with unit unplugged for 30 min. Now fan is working and compressor sounds normal.

Cx states had washer since April 2023 had issues right away and stopped using it, Cx state unit shaking and leaking all water out of tub, clothes not getting wet, found shipping bolts still installed and drain filter not tight causing leak, removed bolts and tightened filter ran test cycle all functions ok no leaks.

"The fresh food ice maker is full of frozen water and has stopped production of ice. Im attempting to steam it open but repair may require the customer to defrost their entire refrigerator.The ice room was completely frozen, I was able to get the ice bucket out but the ice maker was still incased in ice. "Upon arrival noticed that there is significant frost build up in bottom left of fridge behind crisper drawers. Unit has and upper evaporator and lower evaporator/heat exchange.Upper evaporator has no frost pattern. Called tech support and determined that there is a seal system leak due to refrigerant running through lower evap before upper evap, since refrigerator cant reach temperature frost keeps building up.Upper evap fans are not running, according to tech line they should be getting 24 volts. 24 volt power supply is testing bad and needs one evap fan due to wire being broken. Unit also needs condenser fan, fan was not running, I manually turned condenser fan blade and then the motor kicked over and started running.Cant find parts break down for this model, either way will need sealed system repair to find where it is leaking. Upon arrival dishwasher was not powering on. Opened kick panel and found unit was not getting power. Units breaker was flipped off and light switch that controls power to unit was also off. Turned on power and unit now running as it should.

Customer stated terrible noise from washing machine during all cycles. Found faulty clutch assembly and actuator motor. Started a quote for customer (not complete), its just not cost effective to repair. Recommend replacing washer.

The residents dishwasher does not work.I plugged in my SmartHQ device right away and it did not light up and communicate with my phone. I removed the kick plate and power supply cover to inspect for voltage to the machine, theres virtually zero electrical current to the dishwasher. I did look at the breaker box and found that all of the circuit breakers were in the ON position, I briefly looked for GFCI outlets that may have been on the same circuit as the dishwasher but I didnt find any. External power supply issue to appliance.

Customer states that the washer is leaking, but it looks like water is coming from under the dryer. Discover that is the dryer that was leaking. Discovered that the condenser was extremely clogged causing water to lake out from the front of the housing. Took the cadets out and cleaned it as well as cleaned the housing and all around. Period tested and there doesnt appear to be any more leaks.

Customer states errors 25 and dishwasher wont run/fill. E25 is a drain error. Inspected sump and discovered drain housing cover was not clipped in. Clipped in the cover and had to manually fill sump with water. Tested and the machine drained properly. Started a cycle and it filled and ran normally at this time.

"Bake element not heating, control board not supplying power to bake element Unit needs W11184721Parts element that arent needed wp9755770 and wp3196548;"

Complaint is the gas leak. Happened after the lightning storm or during the storm. Customer had gas turned off. He said whenever you turn it on you get a strong smell of gas. Hold unit out and found that the gas line itself is leaking. Looks like the gas line was touching the oven and during the lightning storm, it parked and made a hole. Customer will need the gas line replaced.

Inspector said that it doesnt get over 375. Put it at 425 preheated to 425 right away and maintained proper temperature. Tested and unit is now working properly.

Complaint leaking water. Found that there wasnt any water inside the fridge or freezer. Also this is a garage fridge no water hooked up to unit. Checked the water pan for the defrost. That was dry. I felt on the left side of the unit where the water is. Water is coming from the side of the unit. Water is leaking down the left side unable to get to source because its inside the cavity of the unit. Unrepairable.

Complaint is making a humming noise. Tested unit never got a humming noise disassembled unit cleaned up rollers and idler pulley reassembled unit tested unit is working properly.

On arrival, customer states that the icemaker does not function. They stated that occasionally, if they do a power reset sometimes itll drop one batch of ice. The machine into diagnostic mode to check sensors and they all appear to be reading correctly. Tried to cycle the icemaker and would not go into test mode. Replaced icemaker with new part provided by square trade. Tested and is working properly now.

Added pedestals to washer and dryer. Tested and washer/dryer are installed and working good.

"Found F45 error for cooling fan error. Verified blade free, wiring connections secure. Recommend replacing cooling fan, and ordering oven control just in case as per tech manual. Replaced evap heat exchanger and compressor, flushed high side of system with n2. when pressure testing found small leak from Yoder loop, cut away section of fridge wall and repaired Yoder loop, retested no leaks. Pulled deep evap for 30 min and recharged to 5.25 oz r134a unit cooling on departure. Tested and unit is working properly.

Customer stated water was leaking at front of washing machine one time. Replaced supplied tub drain hose and inlet water valve assembly. Tested and inspected washer - OK.

Customer states unit stopped cooling. Found compressor free wheeling. Tapped into refrigeration circuit to very inefficient compressor. Confirmed faulty compressor. Offered to replace compressor today, but customer decided to replace 13 year old refrigerator.

Upon arrival units freezer door handle was falling off and ice maker shutoff arm had fallen off causing ice maker to continuously run. Freezer was full of ice cubes. Cleaned out all the ice cubes. Re installed ice maker arm and tightened up the freezer door handle. Everything now working as it should. Customer instructed us to leave the ice maker off because they dont use it much. Tested and everything working good.

Find arrival customer states of the machine makes a squeak and started up. Open machine and found a couple of bad rollers. Replaced all rollers, belts and idler with kit from truck stock. machine sounds much better.

Bake igniter is drawing only .95 A causing regulator to cycle intermittently.Client declined estimate and said he will use it until it fails since it does preheat OK

"The bake flame assembly isnt igniting consistently. Voltage is flowing to the bake ignition device but the amp draw jumps around and doesnt reach 3 ohms, it glows one attempt and others not at all. 264600003 ignition hot wire, I found one at Sundberg but I didnt get a ship date. Installed new fan from last diagnosis. Once installed tested unit is working properly. Also updated control board.

"Possible staining from dryer, inspected dryer and found rear drum seal, rollers belt and idler pulley worn. Recommend replace them as PM. Unit needs 239087 and 4392065"

Arrived on e05 on dishwasher error code, shut off dishwasher and turn back on. Was unable to get error code to reproduce call Bosch on site did service mode. Troubleshooting in diagnostic mode tested each function no further error codes came up per Bosch could possibly have been something stuck in the heat pump or drain pump has now cleared dishwasher. wash motor runs good and it drains fast all functions test good

Arrived on site client stated drier getting too hot occasionally -tested vent on outside of house, pressure test, normal air volume tested dryer temperatures normal range 140 Fahrenheit on low range 185 on high range on max heat time dry checked with LG on site no service bulletins related to wrinkles in clothes which is main customer complaint advise customer on cycle and different different functions of dryer.

Installed burner and cap. Range is now fixed.

NOT COOLING AND FRIDGE NOT COOLING -THERMOSAT IS NOT WORKING - INTERMITTENLY. Customer said temperatures keep fluctuating up and down. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 0F. I removed the evaporator cover and theres only frost on about 50 percent of the evaporator. I completely defrosted it and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 60 percent. The sealed system is failing. The other two times I was here it was completely frosted over and I had to defrost it manually and I found both the defrost bimetal was split open and the heater was open. Customer declined repair.

NOT FILLING WITH WATER. I started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled and drained it started a normal cycle because thats what the customer normally uses and it filled and started washing. I did this 4 times and it worked every time. Dishwasher is working and testing good.

DOOR IS LOOSE. Found the door is separating. The bracket on the outer door panel is broken. Quoted customer $507. to install new door. Customer approved repair. Installed new door and then found theres a white piece of foam between the glass. I cant get it out and I will break the door if I try to separate it so Im ordering a new door. "NEEDS A NEW WATER VALVE - WATER CONNECTIONS. Water is leaking from the back of refrigerator were the ice maker water line goes inside. I found the ice fill tube is frozen up at the ice maker. I steamed it out and cycled ice maker and it filled with water and no more leaks. Also the middle drawer is really hard to open and close. Theres a service bulletin and says to replace the connector rails. I cant find the parts in stock. I need part numbers ACJ73650106 and ACJ73650105. I also need a new water valve and water line that goes to the ice maker. I cant find any parts diagram to look up part numbers and ran out of time. "The dishwasher lower drawer doesnt wash dishes or start any selected cycle, when the door closes it chirps because the washing control module reads the door as open. I removed the drawer front and checked for DC voltage on the power harness of the wash control module, 5 volts between pins 1 and 2 , 24 volts from 1 to 3. Also found communication fault codes between user interface and wash module in service tests. Im ordering a new wash control module and will return to install it.Marcone, Sundberg and Dey parts warehouses do not have the needed part in stock. Customers new unit had a dent in the door. Electrolux sent new door panel. Replaced door panel. Tested unit. Everything working as it should.

"Customer states there is still a leak, this time there was water on the floor, put the unit on wood blocks and ran it a full normal cycle with towels in it. While it ran I vacuumed up the water to see where it was coming from. Ran the full cycle with no leaks. Removed the top and filled the tub almost full checking the tub for leaks. "The screeching noise came back a couple of days get our first visit. When the machine goes into spin, there is a loud noise coming from the gear case, I didnt find any leaks but the diagnostic tests allowed me to hear the noise over and over again. I ordered a new gear case, clutch and belt to install on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (TRANSMISSION) and 1 W11239857 (Drive belt) and 1 W10721967 (CLUTCH & BRAKE/DRIVE ASSM)"

Customer stated cooling fan was making noise. Disassembled unit and found cooling fan was bad. replaced cooling fan. Reassembled unit. Unit now operating as it should

Tapped into system. Got pressures found that we got equalize pressures over 40 psi so no sign of a leak. Plugged unit compressor started running never changed PSIs. We have a bad compressor. Removed old compressor and filter dryer installed new one. Pressure tested over 150 psi never leaked. Vacuumed under 300 ?m. Filled with the proper amount of 134 a. Plugged unit in unit is cooling.

On arrival folder unit out and inspected the machine. Discovered a failed compressor. Machine should be under 10 year warranty on the compressor. Please contact LG for authorization and then schedule with customer when information is available.; saved tckt

Front right burner not lighting. Opened up unit and found that burner stem micro switch was cracked. Quoted customer on micro switch repair. Customer approved repair. Replaced micro switch and unit now working as it should.

"The customers refrigerator is not reaching temperature in the freezer or fresh foods cabinets. The compressor is running, condenser fan too, no signs of defrost issues or warm air leakage. I removed the evaporator fan cover to check the frost pattern on the evaporator, the frost pattern is consistent throughout the entire evaporator assembly. I did find that there was 120 volts to the evaporator fan motor, but the motor isnt moving at all, the fan blades are securely mounted to the fan motor shaft. Im ordering a new fan motor and will return next Wednesday to install.; ordrng 1 W11224591 (EVAP FAN MOTOR (STANDARD FRENCH DOOR))"

Found that the heating element is open. Replaced element, tested and dryer is heating and timer is advancing. I explained to customer that timer wont advance on auto dry without heat.Dryer is heating and working good.

"Cx had pipe burst above washer. User interface not accepting sections and turns itself off like someone is hitting power button. Was able to enter test mode, errors stored for overflow, long fill, door lock issues and steam generator. Found hot water valve defective not fully opening, advised Cx that Ui and valve can be replaced but no Guarantee that would solve all issues with unit.; O-emld tckt"

Complaint was unit not cooling. Pulled fridge out and found that the inverter board was receiving power but the compressor was not running. Replaced inverter board after customer approved quote. Unit now working as it should. ; used 1 (CONTROL BOARD - MAIN) from stock

Installed gasket. Used food grade grease to relax the seal. Unit now sealing as it should.

The bake igniter was receiving voltage, but wasnt heating up. I replaced the bake igniter and plugged the machine back in. Once voltage was returned to the range the baking ignition device lit the bake burner multiple times. Oven is back to normal every day use.

"IM not working, found light switch not sending power to IM when closed, replaced switch, then no power to Im found IM thermal fuse open, jumped fused and tested. Im module shorted causing fuse to blow. Ordered Im and switch; ordrd 1 D7824706Q (Icemaker) and 1 W11396033 (Light switch)"

Returned with the parts, installed new foot pedal. Cycled and tested.

Found that the filter housing is bad and causing slow water flow also wants new water filter. Ice maker broke off. customer approved estimate. Customer says her towels are getting frayed. Seems like dryer is getting too hot and when using perm press or delicate the clothes wont get dry. Ran test with dryer vent disconnected and heats up to 190 degrees on normal. I attached vent and heat spiked to 240 degrees which means that dryer vent is not getting good air flow which would cause dryer to get more hot and not venting out the wet air causing in slower drying times. Also the glide holders were not straight causing drum to have more drag. I adjusted holders and now drum spins more freely.Dryer itself is heating and working good.

Replaced deli drawer UI and it is now responsive and can change settings. Refrigerator is working good.

Replaced inverter and main control board with parts listed. Complete.

IM not working. Found IM heating circuit open/melted internally, replaced Im and tested unit harvest and fill ok ;

Customer states the machine makes a rattle sound after a minute or two of running. Confirm the issue and open up the machine and discovered some thing had wrapped itself around one of the rollers. Clean this roller off and lubricated and reassembled. Machine sounds a lot quieter now.
