Leaking from float area. Did not replace this part last time. Could do gasket or float assembly 8193506. WP8531743 is gasket. Customer is going to replace gasket themself. No trip charge.

Washer has been run 10 times since they bought it last week, and 8 of those times it has banged around. I took off the top of the tub and made sure the balance ring alignment markers and they are perfectly matched up. No transportation hardware. Spoke with GE tech support. They explained that on this particular model, the only way to mitigate the banging is to put on 1)Deep rinse and also 2) Deep Fill, so that it can move clothes around before going into spin. It fills all the way to the top then during the soak and wash portion too. Uses a ton of water. Nothing else customer can do than that. No error codes when in test mode. Customer plans to pause during spin if she has to to redistribute clothes.

Found that the hose that connects bleach tray to bottom of tub (old Maytag washer) clap was loose. Tightened clamp, Tested and no more leaks. Washer is workin good.Model and serial number tag was been painted over and when trying to scratch off paint it ruins the model number tag.

Found that bearings are bad to the point that the rotor is rubbing against the stator (motor) causing it not to spin and giving the error. Due to costs to parts/repair customer declined and will purchase new one.

Found that previous company replaced tub to drain pump hose and it popped off. I showed customer and explained that strong clamp had to be used because from the manufacture its glued in place as well as the spring clamp. Customer approved estimate. Added new tightened clamps, tested and no leaks. Washer is working good.

Freezer door not closing. This model had drawer closure mechanisms that needed to be reset. I reset them and tested. TB12-21 issue was resolved.

Customer says it has chemical smell every time they open refrigerator. Refrigerator is cooling good. I personally did not smell anything abnormal when opening refrigerator. I checked underneath fridge and around back of compressor to see if anything was stuck. I also checked evaporator heater to make sure nothing was burning on that.I could not find anything as Im here that is malfunctioning causing bad smells. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Already had everything swap from last visit. Replaced hinge that we had to order. Installed the door ran through test mode and everything worked great. Eric is going to dispose of door for us because I had no room in my van.
