Hey, I’m Evan! After high school, I spent a year working in residential construction before starting an appliance repair apprenticeship in Iowa. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked on the trade and have stuck with it. I enjoy the challenge of diagnosing and repairing appliances, and there’s always something new to learn in this field.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, gaming, or enjoying a good game of poker. These hobbies help me unwind and keep life balanced.

Complaint was discolored wire near front right burner. Found discoloration to be normal and unit is still operating properly. Advised customer that electrode and wire are no longer available, but a single replacement may still be available on eBay if they want to keep one on hand for future failure.

Found switch had come loose and was not being depressed when door was shut. Secured it with a zip tie and verified unit is now operating properly.

Complaint was constant beeping and unit would not run. Found BLDC drain motor error. Discovered broken piece of rack stuck in motor impeller. Removed obstruction and restored operation. Customer is not interested in replacing broken rack piece. Job completed.
