Omega staff was courteous, scheduled my repair faster than I thought possible, and the technician was very nice and gave a reasonable cost for repair. Will definitely call this company again next time I’m needing a repair.

Both workers were friendly. Unfortunately the first visit resulted in me being advised to purchase parts that were not needed for the follow-up visit or ultimate resolution.
The first tech told me I needed new rollers and belt. The second tech dispatched to install the parts found a lint blockage causing the issue.
I basically overpaid by ~$100 in parts and ~$140 in labor for the second visit when the issue could have been solved by the first guy if he opened up the machine more. Pretty mediocre experience overall with omega force
