We appreciate the follow up to secure the dishwasher to the cabinet as it was sliding around after Omega’s recent repair. However, it was disappointing to hear that my wife had to re-explain the issue to the repair person after we had already given a detailed explanation to the Omega office that I was told was written in our project file. We were also told by the repair person that the dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet before he initially repaired making us feel like we were asking him to do an unnecessary task. All we know is the dishwasher was not sliding around before Omega’s initial repair on March 19 and after the repair it was sliding around. All in all a subpar experience with the follow up repair, however, Omega has been very good to us in the past and we plan to continue to use you guys in the future. Thank you.
