I had two issues going on, one was fixed by Tanner by fixing the clip that was causing it to hang off the top of the freezer, but it’s still appears to be leaking a bit of water causing ice to form in the container. I mentioned it to him that maybe something needed to be tightened, but I feel he didn’t address that issue.

Tanner and Omega Force were great! He fixed a recall from manufacturer. When we called OF, wait time was very minimal. He was able to get to my home quickly and performed maintenance quickly and with expertise. I would totally use them in the future for any gas appliance repairs.
