BACKSTORY

My name is Phil Whiteford. I am married to my beautiful wife Theresa and we have seven amazing kids. I spent 10 years as a repair technician with one of the most well-known service companies on the planet. I was ranked as one of their top and most highly-rated techs. Our family loves camping, strategy board games and card games. I personally love family road trips (honestly!), cruising around town with kids in our go-kart, throwing a line in the water but never catching any fish, and just being outdoors. You know, the Dad Life.

MISSION PROFILE

I’m factory-trained, and I can service most all appliances.  I started Omega Force Appliance Repair because I wanted to build a business where I can work with great families doing what I do best, while also spending more time with my own family. I wanted to create a business that is known for going above and beyond what is expected to deliver the kind of service that I would want for my own family. I want to be known as the guy who does the job right, and treats people right every time. I want to be a force for good. I want to be your Service Hero.
