Hello, I am Paul. I live just west of the metro area with my wife Shannon, our son Jase, and our dog Oliver. We enjoy camping, fishing, cruising, and sporting activities whenever our son isn’t keeping us busy with other events. I have been servicing commercial and residential equipment and appliances since 2009. I am excited to recently join the team at Omega Force.
My mission is to always do my best to serve the customer and repair their equipment to the best of my abilities whenever possible. I approach each appliance repair with a commitment to excellence and thoroughness, aiming not just to fix the immediate issue but also to ensure the appliance functions optimally for the long term. I pay meticulous attention to detail, diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions. Disassembled washer and replaced faulty vibration sensor. Verified counterweights were secure, secured all wiring connections, ran test mode, and confirmed proper operation.

Replaced oven bake burner 5304533840 that was shipped directly to customer as part of recall. Started oven and tested operations. Oven is heating normally again.
“I got a notification the night before that moved my appointment from an 8-5 to a 9-11 appointment. That morning I got a call stating Paul was on the way and would arrive in 10 minutes. Which Paul did, he offered to take his shoes off, which wasn't necessary for me, and then went right to work on the issue. We had a pleasant discussion while he installed the recall part after which he tested the oven to ensure it was working properly. He has a history with appliances and larger mechanical items so is knowledgeable, works efficiently, and was pleasant and very conscientious.”

Customer stated in-door ice maker was spilling water into ice room during fill. Disassembled unit and found scale buildup on inlet water line. Cleared scale and tested operation. Ice maker now fills normally without spraying or leaking. Refrigerator is operating properly.

Replaced faulty auger assembly, cracked ice tray assembly, leaking donut gasket, and ice maker. Verified drains are clear, air flow is proper, ice maker filled correctly, and ice cabinet is sealed. Refrigerator is back online.

Customer stated oven displayed Sb error code and would not heat. Diagnosed unit in Sabbath Mode. Located instructions in owner?s manual and showed customer how to lock and unlock Sabbath Mode. Tested oven and confirmed proper heating operation.

Customer stated the refrigerator reset after dispensing ice from the door. Inspected wiring at the main control board and found it okay. Removed the front user interface and found a pinched wire to the paddle switches. Adjusted the wire and UI placement, reassembled, and tested. Unit is now working properly. If issue returns, recommend replacing the main control, front UI, and side UI.
