Customer states the refrigerator is not cooling, tapped the system and checked the pressure. There was no movement. Removed the old compressor and installed new compressor and filter drier. Checked for leaks, pulled vacuum, updated the software. Installed the refrigerant. Checked the pressures the refrigerator is working as it should.

Installed the new fan, cycled and and tested the new fan sound as it should the refrigerator has been working as it should

Customer states the dryer is not working as it should. Found the front roller is locked up. The element also was rusted. Customer approved replacing the roller kit and the heat element. Replaced both. Cycled and tested the dryer is now working as it should ; pckd up 1 WP3387747 (Element) and 1 4392067 (Belt wheel kit)

Customer states the washer is leaking water, found the drain hose from the pump to the back of the washer was damaged. Customer approved the repair. Removed and replaced, cycled and tested the washer is working as it should.

Customer stated the fan in the fresh food compartment was making noises, removed the shelfs and the back cover found the fan was hit and ice build up, quoted the customer a defrost heater, drain tube kit and sensor update, customer approved. Installed the parts made sure the heater worked as it should. ; pckd up 1 DA32-10104N (Sensor) and 1 SH502 (Heater) and 1 DA82-01415A (Drain kit)
