Customer states the refrigerator stopped cooling. Found the compressor was not starting. Offered the customer a hard start kit, the customer approved. Installed, plugged in and the compressor started up the compressor sounds as it should it is not loud the refrigerator started cooling as it should. ; used 1 URCO410 (START KIT) from stock

Returned with parts, disassembled the unit, installed new kit, vacuumed out the case, reassembled, cycled and tested, no noise with the new kit.

Customer states the disposal is not working correctly, found the unit was stuck with debris, could not get it unstuck, customer approved the replacement, removed and installed the new unit. Cycled and tested, checked for leaks

Customer states the unit will not drain, found the pump working correctly, vacuumed out the drum, removed the filter and found the hose full of debris. Cleaned out the debris, fill the drum and spun the water out 2 times and cleaned the filter each time. The unit draining as it should.

Customer states the washer was making a burning smell, had a flashing light. Cycled and tested in diagnostic mode, the unit tested out fine, checked the codes had a Code 001 for fill valve issue, checked and found fill hose on the hot water side had debris in it also the washer in the hose had dry rotted. Checked and 8 ft hoses would be needed quoted the customer and the customer will call back if they need me to do the repair. ; used 1 HOSE5 (8FT-SSFH-2 WASHER HOSE) from stock
