From our first call for service to the dispatching of Michael to evaluate the problem to the scheduling of the replacement part was brought back within a day & speedily installed - we were very impressed! All aspects of this particular service need were as smooth as glass. Thank you to both Omega & its’ talented repair tech, Michael for an excellent experience.

We had Omega repair our washing machine, which would not drain or spin. The tech arrived totally unprepared and kept asking me for towels, leaving wet towels scattered in the laundry room (with no way to wash them). He did not pull the machine out of its enclosure, but was somehow able to diagnose the issue. He had to order a part and told me he would be back on Monday. Over the weekend, I called Omega for further clarification on the issue, doubting the technician’s diagnosis. The rep said that he would have the tech call me and that I was scheduled for Wednesday, not Monday as previously stated. He never called. Wednesday rolled around and when the tech arrived I expressed concern about the part being replaced. He assured me it was the drain pump and began his work. An hour later, he said everything was working and went on his way. He did not connect the water lines or push the washer back in. Again, wet towels everywhere. The washer gave us the same error message and still would not spin or drain. Omega did send somebody out the following day and that tech completed the repair right away.
