Customer stated unit was noisy during agitation. Found unit clogged with debris and objects stuck under agitator. Used air wedge to create space, removed agitator, cleaned out debris, reinstalled agitator, and started test cycle. Unit is now operating properly.

Customer stated unit was not making ice and was noisy. Diagnosed failed ice maker with stripped gears causing the noise. Returned with new ice maker, installed it, verified water fill, and confirmed noise is gone. Unit is now working properly.

Customer stated display was not turning on. Diagnosed issue as faulty outlet. Lower outlet was not supplying 120V, so unit was plugged into upper outlet. Started multiple test cycles and verified unit now powers on, heats, and display remains visible.

Customer stated oven was not heating properly. Tested sensor board and heating element and found both good. Ran bake cycle and found temperature off by approximately 15 to 20 degrees. Adjusted calibration.
