Customer complaint was no start. Found spring had slipped off idler bracket. Repositioned spring, reassembled unit, and verified proper operation.

Customer stated refrigerator had no lights and was not running. Found breaker tripped and reset it. Let unit run for 35 minutes and breaker did not trip again. Checked wiring and forced defrost to test heater for a short, but no issues were found. Advised customer to monitor and call back if issue returns.
Customer complaint was intermittent rattling noise. Found unit feet out of level and transition from concrete to wood floor was contributing to noise. Adjusted leveling and verified rattling is no longer present.
