BACKSTORY
Hi, I’m James. I’ve been in the appliance repair trade for over twelve years, including five years specializing in commercial laundry systems. I live in the Twin Cities area with my two amazing kids and our two dogs, who definitely keep things lively. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing darts, working on classic cars, heading out on a hunting trip, or just soaking up time with my kids—my favorite way to spend a day. I’ve always been a hands-on problem solver, and appliance repair has given me a career where I get to put that into action every day. Whether it’s diagnosing a tricky issue or bringing a broken machine back to life, I love the challenge and the satisfaction that comes from fixing things the right way.

My mission is simple: get your appliance working right again, without hassle or guesswork. I believe in honest, practical solutions and doing the job the way I’d want it done in my own home. After more than a decade in the field, I’ve learned that every repair is really about trust—earning it and keeping it. I enjoy helping customers understand what went wrong and how to avoid future issues, and I take pride in making sure every service call ends with a real fix and a satisfied customer. Whether I’m working on a washer, dryer, or anything in between, I bring the same goal to every job: to leave things better than I found them.
