BACKSTORY

Hi, I’m Collin. I live with my beautiful wife, Hannah, our two daughters, Zara and Stevie, and our
dog, Bandit. We love outdoor activities, especially in the summer when you’ll find us surfing,
wakeboarding, fishing, and enjoying bonfires with friends. In the winter, I’m either ice fishing or
cozying up inside. With over 10 years as an appliance repair technician, I’m proud to be part of
the Omega Force family, where the top-tier team and incredible support make it feel like a
second home.

Collin had our ice maker replaced in 30 minutes or less. He spent a lot of time on our LG front loading washer that was leaking water from the dispenser. He explained to us in detail ever thing he was doing for diagnostics and internal parts of the LG washer. He also engaged us beyond "work" talk. He is the kind of man you would invite him and his family into your home. Non related to Collin we did have confusion about being charged 2 trip charges for an employees come to our home once. Omega said they gave us a $50 discount for 2 appliances, BUT he only drove here once. Hence 1 trip charge vs 2 regardless of a "discount" That might be send me seeking elsewhere.
