Hi, I’m Collin. I live with my beautiful wife, Hannah, our two daughters, Zara and Stevie, and our
dog, Bandit. We love outdoor activities, especially in the summer when you’ll find us surfing,
wakeboarding, fishing, and enjoying bonfires with friends. In the winter, I’m either ice fishing or
cozying up inside. With over 10 years as an appliance repair technician, I’m proud to be part of
the Omega Force family, where the top-tier team and incredible support make it feel like a
second home.

Removed LED light and housing in freezer compartment and found it was not seated properly, preventing the light from working correctly. Reinstalled properly and verified freezer light is now operating normally.

Upon inspection, found tear in upper left corner of freezer door gasket. Replaced freezer door gasket, reshaped it, and also adjusted slide rail hook plate because one side was sagging lower than the other. Gasket is now sealing properly.

Upon inspection, disassembled unit and found lint buildup inside dryer. Vacuumed interior, inspected gasket, applied metal tape inside dryer exhaust, and verified dryer now sounds and heats properly.

Main board WB27K5190 had a shorted relay. Only available fix was board-level relay repair. Disassembled control board, repaired compromised power relay, reinstalled board, and restored operation.

Upon inspection, found unit full of debris in filter housing. Performed full system clean around door boot, cleared boot drain holes into outer tub, ran diagnostics, filled unit fully with water, cleaned glass, verified pump still has life, and found no water leaks.
