"Customers complaint was the fresh food section was too warm. Upon arrival and inspection I found the jazz board would not shut off the compressor when it was an automatic defrost mode. So I repaired and replaced the board and also replaced the defrost by metal while I was defrosting, so that it would start cooling instantly. The refrigerator is now fixed."

Not cooling even when its on freezer. There is a sealed system problem. The fan and compressor were running but there was barely any frost. Please quote.; saved tckt
