Customer states the bake function is not working correctly, the unit works on quick bake, broil and self clean. The board it no responding when you push bake or the light button. Quoted the customer a new board, customer is going to replace the stove.

Customer stated the unit was not drying, found the heater element had worn out. Also suggested to the customer about replacing the roller and wheel kit as one of the back drum rollers were not turning well and the idler pulley was very tight. Customer approved, vacuumed out the unit, installed the heat element and drum roller kit, reassembled and tested the unit is now heating, I did recommend the customer replace the lint screen as all the felt seal was worn off and that could cause excessive lint in the machine, also suggested that the customer have the vent cleaned as this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the house.; used 1 WP8544771 (LONG ELEMENT), and 1 4392067 () from stock

Confirm that the compressor was bad. Compressor was getting voltage and just making a weird noise but not pumping any Freon. Removed old compressor installed new one pressure tested. Vacuumed under 300 ?m. Filled with a proper amount of R 600. Plug unit back in units working properly.

Returned with the board, installed put the unit back together, cycled and tested. The unit now works as it should

Customer states they think the filter needs to be cleaned the washer was having an issue draining. Removed the front of the washer and vacuumed out the water and found nothing in the filter, removed the pump and found the impeller worn and loose. Informed the customer I suspected the pump was the issue, qouted the pump and the customer approved. Replaced the pump. Showed the customer where to clean off the lower part of the door so it does not leak water, also pointed out the soap dispenser leaking water.
