Customer states the refrigerator is not cooling, tapped the system and checked the pressure. There was no movement. Removed the old compressor and installed new compressor and filter drier. Checked for leaks, pulled vacuum, updated the software. Installed the refrigerant. Checked the pressures the refrigerator is working as it should.

Installed the evaporator fan cover. Made sure the fans were working.

Customer states the washer was making nosies, found the drum bearings worn out. The customer is going to replace the washer

Customer states the washer continues to spin and the cycle had to be canceled, checked and found no codes, could not make the washer act up, tested in diagnostic mode. Found no issues.

Customer states the refrigerator is not dispensing water or ice. Found the filter head was leaking water. The customer is going to repair the filter head himself.
