I bought this dishwasher 1-1/2 years ago. Its had issues with 1 or another spray arm not working. GE has sent people out to fix it and I've literally been told it's just a bad design in the past. But, Paul showed me a problem with how the filter was sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. He said too much stuff is getting sucked into the pump and clogging it up. He suggested vinegar in the cycles, occasionally. I am hopeful that we're NOT going to have the same issues in the future!
It's SO nice to load both racks and actually have clean dishes when it's done!
