Returned with parts installed the new gear box, pump and coupler, put unit back together, cycled and tested found the unit needed a new new block, installed block cycled and tested the unit is operating as it should now. ; used 1 WP389140DNS (DD BLOCK), 1 80040 (DOGS), and 1 285753A (DD COUPLER) from stock

Returned with the heat element, installed the element, installed and put the unit back together.

"Returned for the heat not working, removed the cover and the drum, checked and the wire on the heat sensor almost looked off, also checked the wire connections on the gas valve. pushed on the wire on the heat sensor. Tested with a wet load of clothes found the unit heating. ; saved tckt"

"Customer states the unit only runs when the start button is held down. Disassembled and found the belt was broken. Checked the idler pulley and the bracket making sure there was no issues, found no problem. Will need new belt ; saved tckt"

"Customer stated the unit had flashing lights.Arrived power was off turned breaker on the unit was working normally. Started a cycled let run for 5 minutes, canceled cycle and unit drained. Customer says the unit normally beeps, and has flashing lights. Ran unit again, checked for leaks in case the lower board was getting wet, found no leaks.
