Attempted to swap the start mechanism for a generic replacement, but after installing discovered that the compressor was seized internally and would not start. Verified compressor was getting power and it was drawing 13.5 amp. Compressor will need to be replaced. Quoted customer for the cost of parts and service.; O-emld tckt"
