I removed the left and right track assemblies for the middle rack of the dishwasher. Installed the new track assembly on the left and right side by snapping plastic tabs into place. Double checked to make sure the rack stays elevated on its track. Theres no mechanical force holding the rack in the raised position, the wheels sit in a small groove and could be bumped out of position during the wash cycle.

I removed the pulley cover and slid the drive belt away from the motor and transmission pulleys. I slid a new drive belt onto the motor and transmission wheels. Powered up the machine and started diagnostic testing, I tried a spinning the drum at medium speed first , quiet, then I turned up the speed and quiet again. The new belt had solved the unsettling noise.

I removed the door to access the two springs that hold the two halves of the gasket in place. Removed the old bellows. Installed new bellows and stretched the springs over the inner and outer channels. Reassembled the door to the cabinet and ran a test cycle to verify that the install was absolutely perfect.

"The screeching noise came back a couple of days get our first visit. When the machine goes into spin, there is a loud noise coming from the gear case, I didnt find any leaks but the diagnostic tests allowed me to hear the noise over and over again. I ordered a new gear case, clutch and belt to install on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (TRANSMISSION) and 1 W11239857 (Drive belt) and 1 W10721967 (CLUTCH & BRAKE/DRIVE ASSM)"

The bake igniter was receiving voltage, but wasnt heating up. I replaced the bake igniter and plugged the machine back in. Once voltage was returned to the range the baking ignition device lit the bake burner multiple times. Oven is back to normal every day use.
